I had a little trouble with enabling a feature & reached out for virtual assistance. i chatted with daisy & she was awesome. she introduced herself, asked what I needed assistance with & handled it in a timely manner. She was nice throughout the entire chat. & after helping, she made sure I didn't need assistance with anything else before ending chat.

Found this great app after browsing through a lot of loyalty program apps. Easy setup. Helped by Mr. Marcus to activate some features. You should give it a try. Recommended!

I wanted to reward my customers who are loyal and AVADA makes it possible. I love how this app works seamlessly with my shop. Also, I reached out to have them remove their branding and within SECONDS Esther popped on the chat and took care of everything. They're customer service is top notch.

Fennic was lovely and helped remove the branded watermark. It is a basic and easy to use app, perfect for my website.

So far so good, simple to use and the support/service from 'Drake' has been great 5* he really helped with the set up and other avada apps i have. I would like to see more customization options with the company logos and layout etc but avada said this is new so i hope in time they will add more features. :)
