It's meant to give the user 100 points on sign up and it doesn't do this. Chatted with helpful customer service and apparently the visitor can redeem the points on checkout...but on their account it shows 0 points, so they don't know they have to check out! It just looks like it doesn't work. Have had to uninstall on this basis, but otherwise was quite pleased, good opportunity to rebrand and online chat function was good too.

This app is amazing! Looking for the best loyalty program app and asked for support from one of their CS her name was Liz and she immediately helped with the setup. Recommended!

I have just installed this app. The functions look really good and suit what I would like to achieve both for the customer and for the shop. The support from Liz helping with unlocking features was excellent and swift.

The app was easy to set up, and it looks like they are adding new features which is great to see app development. When we had issues with a customer redeeming points for the first time, Emily was quick to respond and help me figure out which setting I needed to update and waited while I tested the change. So far....so good.
