i just installed it at trial stage and the support is super helpful and quick to solve the issue! i would love to keep on trying this application because of speedy service.

I was having an issue with a pop up. Customer service was quick to help and respond. They were knowledgable, patient and fast to solve my issue.

So far, the app has been easy to navigate & edit rewards. Esther from the Help center was very quick and helpful, she resolved a small issue i had within 5min which puts me at ease if i have any further issues/have any questions.

Easy to use! There were some things that I had to get fixed from the support team but they did it right away! Supportive Team for sure. I took away 1 star just because the "Branding" part needs more freedom for user customization. But must have app!

I just installed the free plan. The interface is really easy to navigate and my interaction with Alsha from the live support was awesome.

Good loyalty program app, but I need a more affordable plan to upgrade. I am on the free plan. The support is excellent and the implementation is fairly straightforward. Give it a try.

Awesome!!! I have just started to use the App but Liz gave OUTSTANDING support and helped me export all my customers from a different loyalty platform to this one and so far everything has been seamless! She answered all my questions and helped me get everything set up just the way I wanted it!

So far its a great app for loyalty program and very easy to set up with great support, @Hana was my support and she finished my problem

The application, so far, seems great. When I reached out to customer support the response was fast and the support given was excellent.

This app has been great so far, especially considering the price compared to some of its competitors. It's integrated well with our reviews system, and the couple times we've needed to contact support they've been quick, polite, and very helpful. Thanks to Hana for all of your help!
