Excellent app, thanks to Laura for her amazing support !! Love this app

So far so good! I've found it easy to set up and get the first affiliates onboarded, and when I had a question about changing some of the default formatting their support was quick to respond and make updates for me.

Laura assisted me in setting up the custom domain. She provided quick responses and excellent service

Dont waste your time with this app, spent a lot of time customizing every email template, pages, to meet my branding. and when i tried to use the custom domain to use, i followed the instructions, but for some reason didnt work. tried to contact the support, they just keep giving me the same instructions, finally when i showed my frustration with the app, they suggested using another app! that's a piece of art support. for any one who doesn't believe me, i have the full chat.

I have fall in love with this app. I found this app very customizable and easy to set-up. Now, I am not that technical so I reached out for assistance for the technical parts. Laura was very very very helpful and made my set-up smooth. Her team was very helpful with the little kinks I experienced through the process. I highly recommend installing the app because its really build for shopify, the set-up very easy, you can customize everything to your brand and support is great.

Jaka is a straightforward and intuitive app that anyone can figure out. If you had any sort of questions the staff answered immediately (no bots). Laura was a big help in walking me through the process and stayed with me even after I went down a rabbit hole and abandoned chat for a while. The only thing I'll say is affiliates have reported that the word Benefit on the signup page is spelled "Benifit". Causing people to be apprehensive on signing up. Other than that. No complaints!
