After trying several customization softare, I can clearly say that Inkybay is the absolute best. They thought everything through. The app is completely customizable to suit your shop requirement. I wanted to fully personalise how the software look on mobile and desktop to suit our brand. The customer support was very quick to answer and made the app look exactly how I wanted. They've been very helpful and available. I 100 % recommend !

I just signed up today and had a few issues with setup. I used the chat option and was able to get everything figured out. The help, communication and tutorials were perfect.

It has everything I need to run my store: Graphic, text, color options, and pretty flexible pricing options for my customers. However, the app does give me a hard time with certain things like theme management but their staff is very helpful and solves almost every problem I encounter.

I'm coming back to re write my review for this product as its gotten even better! What I wanted to do with my store seems quite complex in the scheme of things, and haven't seen any other stores out there that utilize the Product Designer like I have. So this was a battle at first, but with the help from the Inky Bay team, and Taylor, Steve and Eva, these people have made it possible! Things that weren't possible, they made happen! Even to the extent of writing custom code for certain things I wanted and didn't want to display. The app overall is quite confronting on the back end, but with a bit of time and guidance, it is actually really simple! i love this app, and i really hope that anyone in this space that needs something like this, will at least give it a go! Thanks again for all your help guys, i really appreciate it!

This is definitely the best app for product customizing and printing solutions. This is the only app that really allows you to change the settings and editor so that it works exactly as you want and it suits your product/customers. We found some small things that we can't change ourself, customer service trough the live chat was really helpfull and the made the changes for us within minutes. Thank you!!

J'ai essayé une autre application similaire mais qui c'est avérée difficile a configurer et n'offre pas les même outils de personnalisation que Inkybay. Vu que je ne suis pas programmeur, J'ai eu des difficultés a faire quelques modifications sur la page de mon produit, j'ai contacté le service technique qui m'a demandé le lien de ma boutique, et qui a résolu mon problème et m'a même montré comment le faire moi même si je voulais. Je leurs souhaite une bonne continuation.

Amazing app, before finding Inkybay, there is no personalizer app can satisfy all my requirement. It is really worth to buy, almost 24/7 CS. Rapid response, almost can fix everthing.

I have been using this app for over a year now and have a very complex customisation process. This app allows me to offer a massive variety of options. The support is also excellent, with fast help. Don't think there's been something they can't workaround so far.
