EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT (shoutout to Jordin for being our lifesaver multiple times)! They not only helped with installation when we had problems, but also did custom changes when we needed a few workarounds to suit our specific product field needs. There are some limitations that, depending on what you're looking for, might not be in your favor. Overall, a pleasant app that does the job great and a wonderful team behind it!

App doesnt offer pricing changes due to selection and the customization is very poor :( So onfurtanely i have to uninstall it...

They have went above and beyond every time they help me with my accounts. I definitely recommend them for your website options.

The app works and meets all my needs, but what stands out the most is the customer support! I have had an excellent experience with customer service so far! It's timely and they always have the answer and a huge bonus is they are willing to help you implement it as well through collaborator access - so great. Thank you Santiago and Anh who have helped me most recently, but I've had great experience with all other reps who worked with me in the past as well.

App works fantastic, and the company is quick and diligent with their responses. Mandy from their customer service center was blazing fast at resolving a small issue that I encountered. 5 stars!

So far so good with this app! Tech support is great and the app is MUCH more intuitive and easier to manage than others out there. Look forward to continuing use this long in to the future

Really great app and a depth of options and conditional logic. When we needed help with some styling, support responded instantly and fixed the issues. Could not recommend these guys enough.

I love this app and have been using it for years. It allows my customers to customize their handmade jewelry selections perfectly and great to add extra options to my products. Their support team is also top notch and works quickly. Definitely an app you need if you are looking to custom product options.

These guys are awesome. Great app with lot's of features. I was having some issues getting it installed with my theme. Before I could email them about it, they had already reached out and asked if I had any questions or issues they could help with. They immediately jumped in and got the app working. I was blown away with just how quickly they responded and how professional their replies were. Highly recommend this company.

I used this app to be able to have a custom dropdown box with multiple fields and hundreds of options on our listings. This was not possible on shopify as standard. This app blew me out of the water. Very easy to learn to use and even has a nicer interface on the product page compared to similar apps competitors. Also, you can set one 'option' to cover multiple pages. This feature has saved us so much time! I did try out another app alongside this one, The most popular free app to give you the same options.(if you found this app, you most likely found that one also) The other app was full of problems and couldn't do what I needed in the back end. I contacted both the ShopPad support and the free app support during my research phase. Free app support: we can't do anything to help you, here click this link to pay a developer to look into this for you for a fee to create custom code. ShopPad support: The problem was 'X' 'Y' and 'Z', here is how to resolve it, here are screenshots of the part you need to change. Let us know if you need more help. I actually made a mistake with my settings and the ShopPad support let me know before I even realized it was a problem. I also use Mesa from ShopPad to import the infinite Options data into a google sheet as soon as I receive an order. These apps work a charm. If you take your business serious at all, invest your time and money into ShopPad apps, their customer support is by far the best support I have ever received and the apps are very reliable. In this world, you really do get what you pay for. Any money you save with the free option you will repay with stress. I've looked through every related app on the store and this is the best for function and support.

I used this app to give my customers more options for my products without changing my inventory count and it does just that! It was alittle confusing at first but with some time to study it I got what I needed it to do. I wish there was a way to change prices with each option without having to make another product and then linking it. I dont like how in the cart is shows 2 product instead of 1 because of the way you need to add that extra charge. It works for now but im concerned I may mess up my orders. Just wish it shows up at 1 product including all extra add ons! Still a great app!
