I tried a couple of other apps before I came to Infinite Options and had so many problems with them, as well as getting support. The Infinite Options work great with no problems, and their customer service is amazing!! Any questions I had, someone would reply straight away. The app itself is built in a very logical way, so that it's easy to duplicate options, variants, etc. Love it!

This app is perfect for us because we sell items by the fractional inch. Shopify caps us out at 100 variants but Infinite Options is just that. Also, their support staff is very very helpful and work towards your success. Great app.

We were looking for a solution to allow our customers to add customization to their apparel purchases. After having issues with another app that would not work properly, we tried Infinite Options and it worked perfectly for what we needed. The setup was easy, the help and support was fast! The only improvement that I would like to see is the method at which the app charges price upgrades for options. In order to add a price upgrade, you must create an item with the upgrade title (cost, title) and then link that newly created product to the item that you want to add it to. If they had a function to simply add an additional cost instead of having to create a new item I would have rated the app at 5 Stars. Don't avoid the app due to the monthly fee. We have made the low fee back in one add-on sale. It's worth the money if you need to add options to your products.

I've been searching for a way to do this the way I wanted to forever and I finally caved with this app. It's super easy to set up, and if you've tried other similar apps, you know what I'm talking about. Not only is the setup simple, creating new options is super easy as well. It can get crazy complex with some other apps out there and I'm glad I landed with this one. I initially had some trouble with it working on my page but that was all quickly fixed after getting in touch with the responsive support and dev team. They were replying to me throughout the weekend and fixing my issues quickly to boot. If you need an options app for your product page, look no further. This is the ONE! 5/5 rating!

One of the best apps on Shopify! I have used other options apps and found them to be overly complicated and slow. Infinite options are non of the previously mentioned. Once you understand how to apply your options, it is straightforward to use, and you have everything you need in a concise format. The customer service is excellent as well. They usually get back to me within the hour and go into great detail to help resolve any issues. 5 Stars highly recommended

I had an issue with how infinite options was displaying when I switched my theme to "Fashionopolis." I wrote to customer support on a Sunday and head back from their team in an hour. They sent a easy-to-understand step-by-step process to solve my issue and it worked perfectly. This is a great app which helped my extend the bounds of my themes limitations. Not only that, but the support I got from the team was promt and incredibly helpful and friendly. They were able to edit the code of my theme to suit my needs. Would definitely reccomend and use again in the future.

customer service is amazing. we had it up and running in about 2 days and we had a pretty complicated configuration with date selector and many other options to add to our Personalized Booze Piñatas. they are fast and awesome.

I needed something to help with personalisation of certain products and I toyed with the idea of getting someone to do the code for my website. But after reading reviews of Infinite Options, I decided to go with this App and I'm really pleased that I did. Not only is it easy to understand (helped by the very useful videos and explanations) but the response from Infinite Options when I needed a bit of help was very good. I got the job done so quickly! I would definitely recommend and thanks to Mandy and Anh for their lightning fast help!
