Awesome customer service ... I asked if they could match the font and format of the Infinite Options dropdowns to those on my template and it was completed within 24 hours. The app is easy to use and allows me to offer multiple options for my personalized products.

Love the app and awesome customer service. Had an issue with the extra options indenting, but I emailed support and the got back to me quickly and after giving them access to my store, they fixed the issue. No complaints!

Infinite Options, Literally speaks for itself. You can add anything you like to your website; from a sales point of view creating Adverts/Listings adds endless possibilities. Similar to eBays Item specifics even, but much nicer and more customisable. The interface is smooth and clean, crispy with excellent customer service. Very helpful, informative staff that want the best for your site. I highly recommend this app to all, It’s easy to install and makes your website much more intractable for customer. Does what it says on the tin, and then a whole lot more!

Infinite Options solved my needing additional variables in my shopify store. But the best part was the help and guidance they gave me. I completely recommend them as a solution and recommend them for their exceptional customer service. Awesome product and people, couldn't be happier!

I've been very pleased with this app so far. It's allowed me to create custom engraved products for my customers with easy to modify parameters. The only thing I haven't been able to get an answer for yet, is whether or not I can get the information my customers enter to show up on the fulfillment center notifications so that I don't have to collect all of the information before sending it onto our printer. Other than this gripe, I'm quite satisfied.

This app is exactly what I needed. The customer service is great. I was able to create drop down menus without needing to have any technical skills. If you need custom option for your products I highly recommend this app!

I sell personalized baby spoons and this app really helped me organize the way I view my orders. it worked great!

This App works perfectly for me as I need to get Names & Dates from my customers to personalise their orders. The text boxes appear clearly on the product pages. The information comes in clearly to me with the order. With the help of the support team it was easy to set up. The App itself is very easy to use & manage. Very happy : ) Sinead
