We are installing the Infinite Options app, which in itself is the solution we've been looking for to better manage options in our Shopify store. The lack of a master inventory for all variants nearly sent us to another platform. More importantly, The ShopPad team is awesome... responsive, helpful and quick - all of which are unusual for app support. We opted for the inexpensive "white glove" install, then wanted to change the layout of our product page. We couldn't figure it out, so called. Yes, called. They responded, we described the changes we needed, and within 2 hours it was done. Suffice it to say we are now ShopPad fans, and will explore the other apps they've created for Shopify.

Wow, I struggled with Shopify's default option set-up for a week and couldn't get it to work for the custom-made dream catchers we want to list. There were more feather colors than Shopify allowed. When I contacted Shopify Support, one of their awesome folks recommended that I try this app. The app installed with a single push of the button, and I had all my feather colors and central adornments up on our dream catcher page in less than five minutes! The customer service team is amazing! They are so easy to deal with. Easy to understand directions. I would highly recommend this App for Shopify! Love this app! Had a question since I am not totally tech savvy. I called for help and they answered instantly. The developer was so nice and helped make my issue easy and quick to remedy. Great Tutorials, Fantastic Customer Service-RECOMMEND

Great app - needed a way for customers to add messages to their orders. Did the install in about 10 mins, including watching the video that explains everything.

This app is so easy to install, to use and more importantly it does what it says on the tin ! it takes the frustration of the standard shopify 3 options away giving you a lot more flexibility. Support are on the ball too, I had a question that was answered quickly and have received emails ( not bombarded ) checking if everything was working ok. I love this App. I make and sell Beach Bags and there are a lot of color options. Infinite Options is absolutely what I was looking for. I had a problem (completely my fault because I am horrible with coding) and they fixed it for me. Support is Awesome!

Great app and outstanding support. A lot of my products have a free engraving option and I can add that to the products that have it. I can choose to apply options to a whole category or by product.

These guys are GREAT. Love the app. Its intutive to use and support is very responsive.

Excellent app. I have no coding, or previous website experience, i found this app very easy to use to add personalisation and options to my shop products. The app does slow down after numerous options are added, but i do have over 100 listed so far so can't complain.

This app was exactly what I needed to be able to list up to 20 print sizes with over 30 colour options. If I hadn't found this I would not have been able to continue with Shopify. Installation was simple, the menu is self explanatory. I had one small glitch with choices showing in the cart twice - one email to support and they fixed it the same day. Customer service just doesn't get any better than this.
