We used this app to apply a personal message option on greetings cards, add a gift wrapping service and an upsell. It took a little getting used to, but found it very useful once we got the hang of it. The ShopPad people were super helpful when we got stuck too, so very pleased with the result.

We are using this app for custom wedding invitation. In 2 years since our store has open, the app did not have any errors and has helped us customize over 5000 orders. Recently we have updated our theme and the support was great in helping us reinstall the app and they even stylised the options to have the look and feel of our theme. Great work!

I couldn't be happier with this app! My products require multiple variable options that exceeds the shopify's 100 variables limit and this app has allowed me to offer this to my customers. We're using the Infinite Options App which has been a game changer since Shopify only gives you the 3 options. But what really surprised me was their customer service and how they helped us with our new theme and connecting the Infinite Options. Thanks again.

I’ve been using infinite options in a few of my stores for years. Every time I contact support they’re extremely responsive and get the issue resolved. Most recently I had issues connecting the app to Shopify POS. I reached out and it was resolved so quickly so I can get on with planning my venture into in-person selling.

Customer service I recieved when I had a question was phenomenal.Fixed quickly, easily,and seamless.

This app is not user friendly at all, it was recommended to meby Simple BUndles as i have more than 100 variants needed for my bundles and was limited with shopify to 100 variants. i was using simple bundles which was so easy to use my only issue was the variant limit. I paid to have this installed and it was not worth it at all, the videos are ok if you are only adding a couple of items. Suggestions would be having the ability see your bundle as your creating so if there is a mistake you don't spend an hour creating a bundle to preview it and see that its all wrong. i have wasted hours and hours

I’ve been getting a feel for this app over the past couple days, almost immediately I knew I wanted to customize the CSS. When I asked for help the tech answered quickly & was able to adjust the code for me to give me the exact look and fee that I wanted for some drop down menus. I’m super happy :) after all my research this really does seem like the best product options app available on Shopify. They should advertise the customization of look and feel that is available through CSS more!

Works well with good options. I could not get it all done without customer service stepping in and adding code themselves. They did that promptly however.

I used this app to help me refine the personalisation option on my website. I honestly can't rate it highly enough. The help I got from the technical team was AMAZING. They responded to all my queries quickly and helped me style my personalisation options perfectly. Exceeded my expectations.

App is very easy and straightforward to set up and get working. At one point I had a problem with the formatting and sent a support email through their website explaining my problem. Since it was around midnight I wasn't expecting a response until the next day. Literally 2 minutes later I check my website and the problem is fixed and the formatting is great. I thought it was somehow glitching at first and it was just a coincidence it was fixed right after I sent the email until I received a response saying they fixed it for me. Customer service saw my email and right away added in the necessary lines of code for me. For free too. Pretty incredible.
