These folks are awesome. So responsive and so affordable! So many custom services charge monthly fees, but these guys do it for a $20 one-time flat fee, and it's 100% what we needed. $20 one-time fee for a lasting improvement that will allow our offerings to be more flexible and responsive to our customers' needs is a hell of an investment!

Loving this app! Once you figure out how you want to list your options on the product page your golden. I choose to use the radio and checklist box options. One reason I keep the app is that the customer support is very helpful! They always respond to my questions about coding and how to change things that are displayed. I recommend to anyone who needs to offer add-ons to the products.

This application did exactly what I needed for creating a website for a school function that allows students to order T-shirts. I needed each cart item to carry the teacher's name, student id and student name. I was able to accomplish this in a couple of hours including installation. The installation is a bit tricky and would be difficult for a non-coder but there are several good video's that made it easy for me. The customer support was awesome. I asked a question on a control and got a response within minutes.

The app does everything that I need and is free couldn't be better. Ran into a few issues when I changed themes but their help files are easy to use and fixed the issue myself in 10 minutes. Very straight forward

I've been using infinite options for a while and I really like it. I recently purchased a shopify theme and my infinite options did not match my purchased theme, it looked very bad. I contacted infinite options and paid the $20 for a professional to help me with my code. A few days later I got emailed back, gave them access to my store and they quickly resolved my issue. 5 Star rating, will definitely use them again. I would give this app 5 stars if not using it to adjust pricing. The problem with this app is that the option is hard coded to the product as soon as the item is added to the cart, but then if a customer removes the add-on item from the cart it still shows that the option is on the product level. We ended up having to call customers to determine if they wanted the upgraded option, and explain to them that they didn't pay for it. The add on also creates really goofy _io_order_group information if using the add-on item option which makes emails to customers, cart pages, and packing slips look goofy. Customers removing the add on from the cart and expecting to receive it happens way more than we ever thought. We had to switch to a paid app which hides the cost so customers can't do this. Overall I would recommend this app if not wanting to use it to change prices. For free you can't go wrong! Support staff was great whenever we called, but again the app just comes up short if trying to charge additional for certain options.

Great app just had a minor teething issue with a slight alignment with my other options but contacted support and Kayla sorted this out very quickly. Cant fault the app and the support is excellent. Highly recommended especially with multiple products and options as we have on our store

Superb app, works brilliant. I ran into trouble trying to translate created products with a translation app on shopify, sent an email to contact@theshoppad.com and the problem was fixed by Logan within 1 hour of sending out the first email ! I'm speechless at the level of support offered, and would definitely highly recommend this app to anyone.

I was looking for an app that could add more options and choices and Infinite options seems to do the job well! I use Shopify variants for options that affect the price and Infinite options for the ones that don't. Since I wanted the design to be the same as my themes, I've ordered a custom install service from The Shop Pad. They have installed and styled the app very quickly and I am happy with the end result!
