I was having some trouble figuring it out on my own and as soon as I asked a question, someone was there with an answer. Great customer service!

Fantastic app. Allowed us to add options for the customer to have the printing on the back of the shirts, pick a second size in our twofor offers, and tell us the name/s they wanted on personalised shirts. None of which we could have done without it. Did have a spot of bother getting the snippet inserted into the product page code, but the customer services team were more than helpful despite the time difference between us in the UK and them in California. Now it looks great and is working perfectly. All without charge.

Easy to install and configure!

This FREE app is perfect for what I need. It may not have all the bells and whistles (that I wouldn't use anyway) of other "paid" apps but it integrates with my theme perfectly. There was one minor problem where the option bundle data was showing in the cart. I called support, and "they answered with no hold time" and within the hour they added the code needed and fixed the cart display. I couldn't be happier with this app and more importantly couldn't be happier with support and customer service!!

Wonderful Customer Service!! If you are a Monogram or Custom Product store, this is a must. Using the $20 one time install fee and everything works perfectly. Already using it and getting orders easily. Thanks again!

I had try try this app for my store, but it seems not to work and align well with my product page. Thus, I uninstall it and unfortunately their support team contact me and offer help to customize the app to my store. Now, I am able to use the app. Very helpful customer service. So far so good. The support was great from Annette. Conditional options would be a nice touch, but otherwise, it seems to work!

Amazing App! We specialize in limited apparel with different sizing options. We needed to able to offer different variants with a single stock quantity applied to the entire item. This was the perfect solution! Easy to use and integrate. Very happy with this App. I have been using it for about 6 months now. update (reduced from 5 stars to 4) - I still love this app, but today I tried to take advantage of the "feature" of being able to set default values. I could not figure out how to do this -- so I reached out to their customer service. They were very responsive and answered all of my questions very quickly through their chat option. So, why am I reducing the star rating? Because - in reality, you do not have control over default values (except with text) -- so you cannot select default values for drop down menus, or radio buttons. They did give me an option of using "placeholder text" -- which is an okay work around, but it's not the same as setting default values. I mentioned to the customer service person that they should consider changing the language of their app in the shopify store, since at the time of this review update, one of the features is "Control over placeholder and default values" -- my recommendation was basically brushed off. So, -1 star. Why? because i needed to use a feature that they stated was possible and at the end of the day, they know it's not possible, but it helps promote their product. So, rather than full disclosure -- they just let you get all set up and then say "oh, you can only do that with a text box" -- but what exactly is a "default value" for a text box? I feel it's misleading and dishonest.
