Excellent customer service and wonderful team. Annette and Logan were helpful and fast at addressing some issues. :)

The app works great. We used ShopPad to install it and set it up, which they did in a matter of hours. It has given us a lot of flexibility.

Infinite Options solved a huge problem I had with basic Shopify in it's limitation of product variants. Having the ability to add many more options and requirements for an item before checkout saves me so much hassle. The professional installation from Logan was extremely quick and easy, allowing me to get right into setting up my options without having to worry about editing code. Customer service has been fast and informative, and for a free app you really can't do better.

Easy to install and configure!

Fantastic app. Allowed us to add options for the customer to have the printing on the back of the shirts, pick a second size in our twofor offers, and tell us the name/s they wanted on personalised shirts. None of which we could have done without it. Did have a spot of bother getting the snippet inserted into the product page code, but the customer services team were more than helpful despite the time difference between us in the UK and them in California. Now it looks great and is working perfectly. All without charge.

This FREE app is perfect for what I need. It may not have all the bells and whistles (that I wouldn't use anyway) of other "paid" apps but it integrates with my theme perfectly. There was one minor problem where the option bundle data was showing in the cart. I called support, and "they answered with no hold time" and within the hour they added the code needed and fixed the cart display. I couldn't be happier with this app and more importantly couldn't be happier with support and customer service!!

Wonderful Customer Service!! If you are a Monogram or Custom Product store, this is a must. Using the $20 one time install fee and everything works perfectly. Already using it and getting orders easily. Thanks again!
