I have been using this app for a few weeks now & it does everything i need. Every time i have had a problem or am unsure on how to do something i just click on the chat & the team is super helpful & so quick to answer my questions & assist me in whatever i need! Great service!

I just started using the app. Kumar helped me to set it up for my store. I have a particular need which is offering Delivery and Pick up ONLY for certain products. Even though this case is no that easy, Kumar helped me with a turnaround, that solves the solution (but not the ideal solution, which will be being able to deactivate the slot selector for SERVICES, which don't need any delivery. This tag exists already in Shopify)

I did a ton of research on IN-STORE pick up apps and this one is fantastic! The support is timely, helpful and easily accessible. I actually reached out twice and got hands on installation help, plus all of my questions answered. The first time my website wasn't ready to be launched so I didn't end up installing the APP. The second time (today) I made sure my site was ready and I reached back out and got all the help i needed including a few customizations that made my site gorgeous! Thank you Sudhan! This app is great for keeping your pickup schedule organized! The customers can choose their pickup location, date, and time (if needed) all in one place so it really helps to limit your manual work. The customer service by Siva was outstanding! Because I'm not very good with technology and I had very specific needs to accommodate my store, I was honestly starting to panic. However, he guided me and took care of all the issues I was dealing with from his end and solved it within one quick zoom call. LogBase's customer service team is unmatched - it was the most stress-free trouble shooting call I've been on.

I contacted support 2 times (once to help set up, and one to add an extra feature) - they were so quick! Literally I sent an email and 15 minutes later I had a response saying my request had been put into action. love it so far!

This app is the real deal. Fresh out of the box, no issues at all, and support was above and beyond anything I could’ve asked for. Siva was great from start to finish. This was the best installation I’ve done by far. I was set up with ease within 24 hours. Their support team is ALWAYS there by your side every step of the way. I’m going to install their other apps. Stop looking for other local shipping / pickup apps and get this right now. You’ll be stupid to pass this up, you can’t beat the price and support with these guys, they’ll hold your hand and set it up for you with ease.

I was served by Rajkumar. He was very pleasant, kind and patient to work through how to use this app. Highly recommend the team for their hard work and customer service. Only thing I would like is to see the date selection on product page as we have different products available for different months. Otherwise highly recommend them.

Great app and the features work perfectly but the support is what really makes this app stand out. I've had lots of custom requests which the team have really worked hard to understand and implement for me within minutes to a couple of hours at most. If you ever have any questions the team are always happy to help straight away. I will use this app on any future stores that need it and will be happy to use any apps made by this developer.

These guys have the best customer service hands down. Anne went above and beyond to fix the problems I was facing. Some of the problems were not even from the app but they went an extra mile to solve everything.

This app works well for my store. Firstly I must say the service from all the support team has been great. In particular, Siva helped me today with a number of issues - we have been on and off Zoom calls and chats and he has been really great at understanding what I needed. On the app more widely - it's been great to get the various options onto my website for customers to choose - lots of different time slots, different options for Local Delivery and Pickup, the ability to override for certain product sets etc. I would like to see more available behind the scenes - the ability to tailor the emails that are sent to customers, the ability to tie into the Shopify Local Delivery route planning (it does tie into a different app EasyRoutes but that is fairly expensive). Overall - 4 stars for the app itself but I'd give the support team 10 stars if I could!

This app and the support provided has been amazing. We needed an app that could handle multiple delivery scenarios to work in with our small business. To date all has been achievable! Most of all the ability to set up Zoom calls and discuss our needs and have them attended to live is amazing. Highly recommend the app!
