The Cart Upsell & Crosssell App is just great and does exactly what it should: adding product upsell to add quickly to the cart to an existing product page or cart page. The customer service is just outstanding. Denis and Lasandra replied within minutes to all my questions and gave me a quick walk through the app and even changed some custom settings to make the offers match my Theme. 5 Stars!

I highly recommend In Cart Upsell due to its flexibility and ease with which it integrates in Shopify. But the best reason to use this app would be the superb support! Lasandra was relentless in communication and follow-through until the job was done. So rare these days!

Amazing customer service!! I cannot believe "a few minutes" was actually a real thing. I was assisted within 3 min of my question. Triage and resolution took less than 30 min and I was selling again! Overall the app does exactly as is described and very easy to configure.

Unfortunately 2 years after writing my 5 star review below, I must say I am now very disappointed. App has a bug when trying to add a rule for trigger of offer. Took over 8 hours to have someone raad my support message and still 24 hours later, no progress or updates at all. I have a product launch happening and the in cart upsell offer which I had pre advertised on social media will not be working. Very disappointed at the lack of support for this app now. Especially considering how I had once been so impressed as below 2 years ago... My 5 star review is just as much for the app as it is for the support. The app provides exactly what I need and when I required some assistance last night and today, support was readily available. As I am in Australia it is often hard to get support in hours that suit due to time zone issues, but it was great to have one person start out helping me, and then another continue on when the other became unavailable. Thanks to Denis for the initial help and then Lasandra for continuing on from there diagnosing and correcting my problem.

Brilliant support once you purchase. It's helping upsell on every SKU! Lasandra who helped us set up the offers was incredibly patient and very clear in her instructions to make sure it worked without any issues.

Lasandra was so, so helpful! I'm very picky about how my store is set up. She probably worked for 45 minutes on fine-tuning the app so that everything matched my store and was perfect. Great customer service and considering that everything I asked for was able to be done, great app as well!

It is an excellent application, it works very well, and the autopilot functionality fulfills everything promised. It is an application that I recommend to increase sales.

What other reviewers say about the customer service is true. Denis was extremely helpful, responded immediately to my questions, and solved my problem quickly. You can't ask for more than that!

Cannot recommend this app. - creating offers is very complicated and time-consuming, the options are basic - the ai system is not compatible with manual offers, you are not advised to run both, even if they target different products. - not working with the Shopify translations system and GraphQL - some functions are apparently 'not working with our theme' The support of the app is very fast, but not really helpful - I feel like every answer is basically "your problem, find a solution for it yourself".

I also have to commend the app's customer support team. They are incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive, always willing to go above and beyond to assist with any questions or issues. Whenever I've reached out to them, they've been quick to respond and have provided clear and concise guidance that has helped me to quickly resolve any problems. It's clear that the developers truly value their users and are committed to providing top-notch customer service. This level of support is a rare find in today's tech landscape, and it's something that sets this app apart from the competition. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with this app and the exceptional support that comes with it.
