The app itself is okay but there is no customer support to be found. Reached out several times over days because the upsells were sending customers to error loading pages. Still haven't heard back from them. A shame because the app features would be great if they worked.

We used this app to promote a free gift. It was very helpful and the price for the app is also very fair. After we installed the app it was a bit confusing to understand how to apply it but we booked a demo session on the same day and Manoj was very helpful explaining the app.

App didn't work out for me. Uninstalled. It left tons of code in my theme and screwed it up. Don't recommend.

ICART's a game-changer! Hemadri and Mayank from support are real lifesavers, they get my issues and fix them fast. The app's always improving with cool new features based on user feedback too. UX is good too. It's easy to use, loaded with neat features but never feels too much, super customisable.
