iCart was extremely supportive in helping me create a few upsell campaigns that was hard to achieve with other apps. Very happy with the amazing support and features of the app.

Not only does iCart increase my average order value substantially, but when I discovered a broken interaction between a popular page building app and iCart, support reached out to that page builder quickly and with specific details of the issue, and solved it over the weekend so my website didn't miss a beat.

App is easy to use and incredible, customer support is strong and tackled issues pretty quick.......

Their customer support is A-class, I registered for the trial and due to some store and personal complications I wasn't able to take full advantage of the 30 day trial and as such barely done much more than log in, so reached out to support to ask if possible they could extend trial due to my limited use, the process was easy and virtually instant and effortless, after a 10 min webchat explaining the above, they glady granted an extension, i am now in a better place to utilise the app and cant wait to start using it, and wil be back to write full review within the coming weeks,if the app is a s good as their customer support then im sure it will be a breeze to use and ultimatley create more revenue for my store/s

The app has huge potential and many useful features. It's easy to customize and fits very well with my custom theme. I believe is a must-have app to boost the cart page. I recently reached out to the team to solve a problem related to the free shipping discount, and the customer service has been very responsive and understanding. I recommend the app to everyone.

The UI design is very easy to navigate and the features are quite powerful! I've been looking for apps that can provide non-intrusive upsell functions with the flexibility of setting triggering products and their bundled items and this is it! You can certainly do a lot with the sticky cart drawer.

This is one of the best app ever for In Cart Up-selling/Cross-selling. We tested most of the apps and this is definitely the best. This app alone generated multiple sales in the first 7 days of the 30 days free trial (Sale till date by this app $4,111.74). Their customer support is amazing! (Thank you Manoj & Ankur). They are even considering some upgrade and additional features we have suggested. Best features we like about this iCart Cart Drawer Cart Upsell app and we couldn't find in other apps are: 1. Great reporting and Analysis for each upsell widget 2. Differentiate between store sale and the app sale 3. App plan price is based on performance and store sales commission, since any store could afford, For example: $69 when the app upsell reaches a total of $10,000 revenue. 4. You can add different widgets with a specific product/specific collection/shopify AI recommendation 5. The only app that apply multi-discount codes in the cart + free shipping if needed (The best feature) 6. Different % of discount codes based on specific product price or even apply to a whole collection with different vales for each offer/widget 7. Amazing progress bar to increase the AOV based on total order value unlocking more discounts + free shipping when the customer buys more products. (Also, one of the unique feature) 8. Another amazing feature in each widget that shows the store price for the product + the discounted % price at the same time, even after the product is added to cart from the widget. 9. Customer surveys and birthdate data collection with incentivization are built in and included in this same app. (We're still testing these features), We'll update about this feature after testing. 10. Sold Out items will not show in the widgets, which is another intelligent feature. 11. Every little detail can be customized including widget colors, titles, timer, backgrounds, text color & size, discounts and much more... Features to be considered and updated from the App developer: 1. Faster loading time for all the widgets (except the items in your cart widget loads very fast) 2. I finally met and made a customized drawer cart. I searched and tried all of the apps that can arrange carts. No one satisfied me except this app. After installing the app, I should adjust it of course. but I lack coding knowledge, So I contacted the support team of iCart Cart Drawer Cart Upsell. My store is brand-new so I can't yet speak to how well the upsells perform, but I'm thrilled with how configurable this app is! Super easy to set up and customize, TONS of functionality and design options. And the fact that there's a free tier is awesome for newbies like me! Very impressed with how much I'm getting for free.

This app is perfect! It has beautiful and clean design. Can be customize as what you represent your brand, enticing to customers because of multiple upsell and offers. The pricing is also fair enough. I just wish they can fix the loading of the cart and support multicurrency as soon as possible.
