Customer service was very helpful and they were friendly with a quick response! The only reason I could not use this app was because I could not enter specific quantities of inventory per variant. I was told that they are working on a version that will allow for that, so I will probably try that when it's ready!

I almost cancelled the installation of this app - So glad I didn't!! After downloading the app to my store I just couldn't get the code to work as I envisioned it would. The HULK Support team was super - they fixed all the issues I had and the app is now one of the best features on my website. Way to go HULK - I'll be looking into more of their apps.

Didn't use the App yet but the customer service is responding and helping out. I would advise them to make some brief explanation on how to use the app as it is not intuitive (same way as they did on how to install it). It is not complicated but you need to be told once. I have used it and I think it has great potential however at the moment it doesn't integrate SKU management. So, if you create options with the App, you can't get a specific SKU associated with each single option. Depending on what your business is, it might require some extra manual inventory management. Now, the team told they are aware of this and looking into solutions. Customer support sevice team is very responsive, giving clear answers.

The app didn't work with the swatches at checkout. I was unable to see what color the customer would want. Customer service was good but unable to fix the problem.

Great app - and very helpful support team. The setting up was fairly straightforward using their installation guide. I've only used it so far for adding a custom option to a few of my products, but it was easy enough... and free!

I haven't yet tested it on a live version of my site, as I worked on a backup version as to avoid any downtime of my live site, but it appears to work great for my needs on my backup site! Installation was tricky, but support got me squared away within 24 hours of my inquiry. Support has actually been wonderful, as they fixed numerous issues I was having (that required special coding on their end). I really wish this app had the ability to add the options to "quick view" windows, and hope that is something they will add to an update. Still giving it 5-stars, because their support was great, and the app is free!

This app is GREAT and a MUST-HAVE! Why? Because it solves one of those things Shopify is missing which should have been a basic feature, namely easy and fast set-up of custom variant add ons with custom prices, and it does it for free. This app works great. Really easy to use and I like the fact that you can hide/show options based on conditions. I did run into a small issue during set-up but they were able to quickly go in and fix it within a day of submitting my support request.

THIS APP IS EVERYTHING I WAS LOOKING FOR AND IT'S FREE !! I needed a form whereby my customers can add their custom measurements for made to order clothing and this app allowed me to do just that with beautiful results. The Hulkcode team were super helpful and assisted me both quickly and efficiently to help me merge the generated code to my shopify theme . I can customize the form myself without paying a coder to do it for me each time Thank you so much for this app !

I recommend this app to everyone! It is free, it has a lot of options, it is easy and, the most important, it is adapting the prices. Great app!

I highly recommend this app. We've tried many apps, looking for both functionality and design to be built and this is the first app for both. Starting out, they make installation very easy. I have 2 of their apps (this and Volume Discount) and both installed very easy. I did have to reach out to customer service as I was having what I thought was an issue. Turned out to be on my side and the way I had configurations within collections. Customer Service was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Great support! In the one 4 start review, they talk about how the app breaks down the price. We find this is actually very helpful with being able to track exactly what is sold. While we are just a print shop, it's helpful to build analytics on what sells and what doesn't and this helps see how each sale is made. The overall options available to use are great. They give you a lot of options and you can build those out how you see fit. From there you go into configuring sets of options. Specifically, how different options interact with one another by creating conditions. You then can apply them to different products. I was very surprised at how easy it was to create the options, sets and conditions. The only thing that I would like to see changed at some point, is the way the price changes on the product page. The way it is currently setup is once the buyer selects the options, the price doesn't change but rather shows a note that the price will increase by $x.xx price. It's very easy to see and understand, however for a customer experience standpoint, I believe people are used to seeing the overall price change on the page. This isn't a deal breaker nor is it equal to a 4 start because they do a great job at making it very easy for the customer to see what the pricing change will be. Last thing I will say is using this with the volume discount app they offer (also for free) is seamless and wonderful. Everything works better than I would have expected and I'm thrilled to finally get not only the technology I need, but the options for design as well. Great job HulkApps!

Overall, not a bad app - the free price tag is hard to beat! BUT - there are a few reasons that I will NOT be continuing to use this app. 1) The options do not export with the order. This is the biggest issue with this app for our business. Our process involves exporting the orders and creating a to-do list based on that spreadsheet. The options chosen aren't on this spreadsheet, which means we have to manually pull up the order and input which options were chosen. I haven't looked into any other apps to see if this is a universal problem, but it definitely is a deal-breaker on this app. 2) The pricing is handled in a confusing way. I love that you can include an add-on price for each option but the way that it is reported is confusing and not as seamless as I would like. It adds these prices as a separate line item. So for example, we have an item that has a base cost of $1 and charges an extra dollar for each accessory added. The way that this is shown on the invoice is Item A - $1 Customization Cost for Item A - $4 Splitting it up like this makes it a little confusing for the customer. It also affects that exported spreadsheet and makes it confusing for us as well. I also don't like that if there isn't a charge for customization, it includes the [$0.00] price tag on the invoice which looks cluttered. 3) You can not add/edit/look at the options from the listing itself The way this app works is that you create and assign the options from within the app. There is no way (that I have found) to access these options from each listing or even see what options are assigned to that item. This wasn't a deal breaker and I also don't know if this universal to other apps, but it was something that was a little inconvenient. 4) The app is not incredibly easy to install Many of the other apps I have used on Shopify have been fairly simple to install and set up. I was surprised that installing this app actually involved editing the code. I am by no means a coding expert but I do have a tiny bit of experience. I can't imagine someone who is a complete novice having to go through those steps. It seems from other reviews that Hulk Code has great support to help you activate the app but if you are a stubborn independent person like me, this could be frustrating to potentially HAVE to ask for assistance. Again, overall not a terrible app - I just wanted to throw my two-cents in about this app after using it for a couple of days.

Very nice. Everything you can possibly need is in this app. Quick responses from support too when I needed help and did exactly what I needed for help. It's even free compared to other apps at $10+/month!

Very helpful company with install. As soon as it was installed it did what I needed it to do. And cannot beat the free price tag! Can't wait to see what else they come out with as this company was the most helpful I dealt with.
