So far so good! I used the app and paid for developer help to set up custom product ordering on my site. There was good communication with the developers and I got exactly what I wanted in a timely fashion. Thank you

Great app took me a couple of hours to figure it out because l am a visual learner and there was no videos with instructions to help but otherwise it's great

Even as someone who is tech-savvy, this app is designed for you to NEED to ask for dev help/development to get through it. There are no instructions on how the app efficiently works and constantly puts you in "pro Plan" roadblocks, despite the free plan option making it seem like you can get a functional feel for the app before committing to a paid plan. Unfortunately, I can't see this app ever being targeted towards smaller businesses with the way the very obviously herd people into these payment barriers. Has left quite a bad taste in my mouth. Advice for Hulkapps, make this app more intuitive and offer videos or even just PDF docs on how to run through and effectively use your app. Businesses should not have to rely on dev help with apps, it should be an option, not a necessity.

I was charged $30 for installation and it was never installed. I'm not sure what exactly happened but I haven't heard anything back

After installing and using the free trial period on at least 5 other apps, I am thrilled to have found Infinite Product Options (IPO). Instead of selling a shirt with a design, I sell the designs, and let the client chose which shirt she wants, color, size, and any customization needed. All those other apps looked like they would do what I needed, but all that time was wasted. One company even uninstalled my app while I was still trying to get it to work. One company took 24 hours to answer even the tiniest question and my trial period ended without getting anything resolved. One company had an auto response "we cannot understand what you mean by...". Talk about frustrating! However, my experience with HULK has been wonderful. They understand English, they reply promptly, and they have been polite and professional. AND on top of that, IPO does EXACTLY what I need it to do!!!

We love the app. It was easy to install and user friendly for our customers. Any time we have any issues or questions customers support is always quick to respond and resolve the issues for us. 10/10 recommend.

Great app and awesome support! The team helped me modify the code to make the app perfectly compatible with my theme.

This app sounds like a great deal until you start using. Sometimes it works great, but most of the time it will not add the optional pricing into the total, leaving me to contact customers, tell them their total was wrong and ask for more money. I have contacted Hulk multiple times, each time they blamed another app saying it wasn't compatible, after following their instructions to "fix" the issue, it would go back to doing the same thing. Some times adding in the costs, other times not including the costs. It has done nothing but frustrate myself and my clients, often leaving me out of pocket for options my clients have wanted but weren't charged for. I have lost several hundred dollars on this "free" app - if your looking for a good app for options on your website I HIGHLY suggest looking somewhere else. I will be deleting this app and looking for something that actually works. :(

Very simple and easy app. I tried many other product option apps but this is the easiest and also free! I had a problem that When you click one of the option, the hover color didn’t change so looked like you didn’t pick any. Took a bit to reach back with solution(2days), but I’m so happy with the result. Not only they fixed the problem I had, they also move the option section above the price so that it looks much better and easier for customers. We finally found the app for our website.

It's all good to add item line properties onto the product pages. A huge problem is that Shopify cannot export this piece of information in order csv. So, pretty much useless in the end. No one can fill in manually per order. And I don't think people including me want to to pay that much for the export apps you suggested. Too expensive in the end.

A good application with good features, i like the simple design because it is easily adaptable to my store. There is a custom JS / CSS editor if I need specific things. The free version can hold a lot of things so it can be good for small business. Cons : i think there are some lack for the premium version. - There are some text you can't change or remove, so you have to deal with it. - Some bug happend sometimes... - Some text doesn't have their own tag, so you can't target them with custom CSS / JS. Without these 3 cons, this 5 stars ;-) Good job.

I wanted to add a personalization text box for some of my products and I was able to use the app for free to do this. There was some trouble with the placement and text showing up in the cart, but they were very helpful and communicative. It's now looking great and is everything I wanted, thanks to their patience and quick responses!

This app is so great for those who have lots of options and choices! I can now eliminate customers having to put in their choices at the checkout. I have a few issues getting it to work on my website but customer services were absolutely amazing!! So helpful and so quick at responding
