So far so great. The customer service is wonderful. They installed the app for me, helped me understand how it works, and answered all the questions I had right away and kept following up with me until I got what I needed, so thank you for that. It does indeed give infinite options for my product and lets me bundle those options together for whatever I need. It was a bit confusing to use in the beginning but since there is a very helpful and responsive customer service team, it was not an issue at all.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE I have been emailing support for 4 weeks now to resolve why product options do not show on iOS devices, and still not resolved - no one replies or when they do they say its working when it clearly is not. AVOID THIS PRODUCT

Amazing App. And the support team is awesome. I had issues with some code placement in my theme, but their support team solved it in few minutes. Highly recommend this plugin for product options. Best free plugin so far on the app store!!! :)

I used this app to add in a card customization options for products - I was having issues with visibility and customer service was able to pinpoint the issue and fix it within a couple of days. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant app, I would highly recommend if you need to add alot of variants to your products and alot of different options to choose from. Excellent and prompt customer service too, I always get an email back within a few hours

Great app for product customizations. It was simple to set up and the customer service was quick to help when I had questions and modifications I wanted to make. They even made the text size responsive for me when I needed it. Definitely recommend.

Our store has tried several other product option apps. This works the best for us. Very helpful support.

I switched to this app from Bold Options and found it much more responsive, easier to use and manage. Bold would also throw a lot of errors. The support team from Hulk is thorough and responsive. Great job on that front. 2 things keeping it from being a 5 1 - It does not work with AJAX carts 2 - It doesn't allow for the use of the options creating invoices in the back end so you can only use it for customer facing operations. In our case those aren't game killers (although both would be fantastic) but if that is a requirement you will have to look elsewhere.

Shopify has 100 variant limit which seems like a lot but is quickly reached if you have a product that has a lot of customizable options, so this Infinite Options app was such a lifesaver! Even better--I wasn't able to figure out how to integrate it with our site, and the customer service team responded in like 10 minutes! They got everything working exactly the way we needed and we couldn't be more satisfied. We're currently on the basic (free) plan because it suits our needs, and are so grateful to the Infinite Options team for servicing us with so much urgency and consideration despite us not yet being paying customers *prayer hands emoji*. 5+ stars!!!!!

While I'm still building my site, I am confident that this app is the solution I need to offer variations on my custom jewelry and gifts that may include an add on up charge. The customer service at HulkApps has been stellar. Amit got back to me right away when I had an issue. Other developers also responded quickly and efficiently to my queries. I am excited to keep building my online store now that I have the right tool.

Well, this app was unable to cater to my needs. So the app claims that it can have infinite variants. This is not entirely true. This app just adds some virtual options to the frontend so virtually you would have unlimited variants. But it doesn't actually solve the 100 variant limitation on Shopify. On my store, there was an issue where their virtual variant and Shopify default variant BOTH will add to the cart when the 'add to cart' button is pressed. So a customer would have to pay twice the price. I have wasted almost 2 weeks with this app and not get my requirements done. I am not entirely blaming them though, they tried to make it work. They provided support, it's just that this app was not capable of actually solving the 100 variant issue. I recommend anyone who has the same issue, to try out an app called "Product Variant Reloaded". That app is the PERFECT solution and they set up everything on my store in just 1 single day.

This app is perfect! I make custom products so its necessary to add options like material color, size, reverse engraving, hardware color and more. I had been using this on a standard theme and recently switched to a premium theme where this app was not supported and could not be integrated into that theme. I contacted the theme developer and they were unable to help. As soon as I contacted Hulkapps about integrating into this theme, they were working on it for me immediately. After a short time they were successful in doing so!! This app is perfect for adding options but what makes it even better is their customer support. Very happy with them and their apps!

The app did exactly what we needed it to do. Our product involves a lot of customization and we needed to be able to have customers submit photos as well as written descriptions. The set up was very easy, I was able to follow the instructions easily. What really blew me away was the customer service. Once I set up the app, I submitted a test order and not all of the options were showing up. I messaged support and they responded within a few hours. My issue was resolved quickly. I would definitely recommend to others.

I have now tried several customization apps and this was the only one that was both easy enough to use and very versatile. Great work!

Found a bug in the cart and raised it to Hulk. They sorted it straight away. Great customer service and great app! (update 21/10/2020) App is great. We offer engraving on our jewellery and this app allows us to do it. Variants in native shopify didn't work as it created an inventory management nightmare. We had a few issues with discount code compatibility but had great support from Sanjay and all looks great now. Thank you!

A lot of different options are possible with this app. The customer service is also good they respond within hours! I would definitely recommend this app!
