I used this app to replace another variant options app which was affecting my checkout process and the discount code box. So far, I have found this app easy to install, the options show up correctly on my product page, in the cart AND in the checkout. Also, love the discount box in the cart. I am on the free plan for now, but if this consistently works well, it is worth the upgrade to the pro plan.

Looks like a promising app. Unfortunately, it did not work for me. The first option I created, as a test, would not Save no matter how many times I clicked save.

I used this app to help me create multiple options for a certain product in my website and it’s great. I initially hadn’t installed the app correctly and the support team helped and fixed the problem for me straight away.

Only free app that can add a cost to a modifier. It looks good while doing it. It adds an item in the cart for each optioned item but I think it's the easiest way to circumvent Shopify's limitations right now.

This app is absolutely amazing. The customer service is great as they respond fast and are available late in the night which is when I edit my website. I wish they had the capability to use conditions based on Shopify’s options but I’m sure they’ll add that later. I’ve tried almost all other option apps but they sometimes don’t work but this app does all the time

I had a problem with the product options app not showing up at checkout. Deepa was amazing she responded back fast and helped me work through every problem! We got everything working back to normal in less than a day.

Customer service responded quickly and were very helpful! I feel more confident about using the app going forward and know if I stumble into something else, there is reliable support.

Wow this app has some fantastic free options, I am blown away! As a very small business it is so challenging finding apps I need without the large price tag. Easy set up and so many options

This app is perfect for my store in setting up customized product variants, color swatches, and conditions that change the options based on prior selections. It was,however, a bit difficult to initially set up and install. It wasn’t syncing with my products and I had not set up some of the conditions accurately. There are also some pieces of code that need to be added and removed in order for it to work seamlessly. This is not very clear in any of the description, but support was EXTREMELY responsive and helpful when I contacted them for help. I now have it set up in my store and it has made my store’s functionality SO much better!! I definitely recommend but be prepared to troubleshoot a bit with installation.

Excellent app and fantastic support! Enabled me to provide product options that I couldn't achieve with other apps, and the solution is elegant too. Highly recommend.

This app doesn't perform well as the whole design doesn't fit on the product page. Customer support is also bad. After giving developer access nothing has been done.

Loved this app when I first started using it. Then I realized when adding new products that the text boxes were no longer showing up on my website. I tried re installing it and that didn't work. I tried the automatic uninstall and that wouldn't work either. I finally deleted it so that I could try adding it back to see if that would work. Now when I try to add it back it says there is no page at that address. Very disappointed.

I spent hours entering data then it locked up so I deleted the app and it will not allow me to reload it. Simply says my page does not exist. Very frustrated.

It looked like a good option but it's not been functioning right for days, maybe even longer as I had to stumble across the problem while loading products onto our new website. Getting a fast reply from tickets raised saying issues resolved but this is only lasting hours before the problem is back again. Now it has stopped functioning in the back end of the store. Tested it on various browsers and devices but it's broken. Shame as it looked like we had this sorted but now I'm looking for an alternative app after wasting time and money on an ad campaign to a store you can't order from because the options are not showing up on the page!

I have updated my review as I have now got this app working and it appears to be performing well. I did have quite a few issues with the app functionality at first which I managed to fix myself - it turned out to be a cookies issue. It was a bit frustrating trying to explain my concerns to the technical support staff who did not fully understand the scope of the problems I was experiencing but we got there in the end and the app appears to be doing what it should now.

impressed by the fast support and they have excellent customer service skills which is a bonus. They helped set everything up -hardly had to do anything to get it going.

I am far from a programmer & was extremely HOT about doing all of this Shopify & add-on apps, but the people at Hulk were sooooooooo helpful! Though nobody was available via phone (it takes too damn long over chat & email, issues that could be handled in 15 mins take DAYS to address & resolve, but I hear they're working on phone support, that'll be amazing...) despite that, they were super helpful, and got my app functioning! Thanks!

I love the app when it works. I've had several issues with swatches disappearing, upcharges not charging and things just breaking sporadically, However they do always seem to fix the issues and I'm thankful for that but I just don't understand why things keep breaking and I have to reach out every so often.

Great app! Customer service is also fast and friendly as well. We are a sign company, so having the variations comes in handy.
