Been using this app for a year now and it is exactly what I needed for my shop (I have tried other similar apps, but the rapport price-quality is really the best here). Plus, customer support is amazing, I raised an issue and literally within two hours on a Friday night it was solved. Thank you, Sanjay, appreciate it!

The Support is marvelous- the developers would reply within a few hours and fix everything as wished. The translation of the App in German is really bad ... working on a German Store you dont know which button to click and which setting to make because the translations are so wrong... Using the app on a setup with many products offering different customizations, the various condition sets I had to create become a bit confusing... also it would be nice to see within the product itself in the backend which option set is being used. For me a the agency it is ok, but if my client would like to add a color to a product or any other option - they will always need me to do so... In total it is a cool App but needs definitely quite some more work on it....

Fantastic app, integrates perfectly with our website, and plays nice with the dimensional shipping app that we have installed as well! We were looking for an app that only creates customizable cart-level charges, and fees. Very responsive support staff, and willing/able to assist with any issues that come up!

Wonderful functionality which provides options that I couldn’t get elsewhere. This has allowed me to set up my options just the way I want. While I have had a few small problems with setup, support has been VERY helpful. They are fast and efficient at resolving problems and genuinely seem happy to help. Edit: As I wanted more customisation than the settings give, I contacted them again and they sorted them all for me. I continue to be very impressed with their dedication.

I am very happy with the app. Above all, the customer support is very good, although I have the basic free paln, I was always helped immediately. I can highly recommend the app.

Worst app i've ever worked with, incredibly bad language settings (swedish) and it doesnt work well, i tried many different options and none did anything. sucks to be honest.

I updated my template and forgot to update Infinite Product App. Later when I realized it, I reached out to the Hulk team and they fixed everything for me right away. Great support and service

Tried to transition from another product options app to this one. the pains of transitioning is not worth it. This app interfered with a lot of my current apps. Add to cart features and product warnings were no longer working. I tried to ask customer service to fix it. She declined. i have to talk to two developers just to get this app working. I just don’t have the time for it anymore.

I’ve used this app for at least a year and had recently updated my theme. The app stopped working with the update and both auto and manual installs were unsuccessful. I reached out for support and they had things working again after a couple days. Awesome customer service.

Different kind of Review: This app was actually not the right one for us. I have to give HASAN a high five for his honesty and his help. He was the one to figure out it wasn't what we were looking for and he was honest to tell us this. I highly recommend working with him.

I had the best customer service experience by the developers of this app although I'm on the basic free plan. They ensured to show me exactly what to do in screenshots and in screen recordings too. I am very happy using the app so far.

While there was a bit of a learning curve for me, this app does everything I wanted it to do! In particular, Amit P was a great help with the implementation of what we needed. He was able to show us the correct way of setting up our options and sets to properly show our desired options/dropdowns. Thank you again!

Great App et very good team. I had to call on the technical team, they respond very quickly and small adjustment issues are quickly resolved. Just a small suggestion, the translation of the application in French is not perfect. Très bonne application et équipe technique très rapide et efficace, juste un petit bémol, la traduction de l'application est français n'est pas parfaite.

Every now and then we come across the need for an additional star! Hulk Apps has far exceeded our expectations with absolute VIP service, fast implementation and an exact and perfect resolution with developer Manoj. 11/10, 6 stars, VIP service!!!

Dowloded the app to get more variants than the 99 limits in shopify but the app is a scam. You can't do what you want on the free version. And the paid version is still limited (couldn't get different prices for different variants). The help centre is pretty slow and I have finally deleted the app after wasting 2 weeks of my time on it. DO NOT recommend at all.
