I am using this app to boost sales by making my site look and feel more interactive. The setup process is relatively simple and easy to customize. The extra trust banners are nice to have, but it would be nice to have 60 day and 90 day options for money back badges.

I recently started using the app. It is actually very easy to set and it can add great value when you have promotions. I wish the free plan had some more features. The current upgrade pricing is a bit expensive for a company starting out with small marketing budgets. I look forward to seeing other apps

Seems very good for the free level, would like some updated trust icons though (google pay for example over wallet or the bitcoin icon). Mainly installed for the low stock counter, which is almost perfect for what i want, especially glad that you can set what level it reveals itself, other apps that show "Only 2,317 in stock!" just look silly as that number is far too high to create any real urgency with a consumer imo, and it looks more believable if its not on every product.

We've only had the app for about a week. Impressed with all the capabilities and see direct benefits from using the app. Noticed it is intermittent tho, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't work when using the "new item" tags or limited quantities boost. Too soon to give a full review but happy so far. From here hopefully the app will go to 5 stars. Customer support seems strong and that's always a plus. Update: Some of the intermittent issues were resolved as we learned how to use the app. Some are due to theme or other developer issues and not Hextom's app. We give the app 5 stars because it provides exactly what the store needed to create urgency and encourage sales. We also give the app 5 stars for its seamless operation behind the scenes. Overall: Great app. We're super interested in unlocking more features once the app pays for itself and we can afford to upgrade to the Professional Plan. Specifically, there are three features of the $29 a month plan that are highly interesting and we'd love a chance to tryout. 1. Targeting products based on tags. It's a pain doing it manually. 2.Targeting customers based on tags and 3. Targeting customers based on overall spend. If the last two features work as well as the others... this app will more than justify and pay for the $29 a month plan. CoCo Hauteur is now using two of Hextom's app's and both are highly recommended.
