The absolute best free shipping notification bar I have used. It is customization beyond imagination, and has a ton of features I found useful in my store, including the ability to make different bars for different country's customers (paid version). Overall excellent!

This free app works exactly as expected and was relatively easy to set up. There are a lot of free features to use too.

Desktop version is ok, bt mobile/tablet the bar is not pushes down/up the rest of the page. All other feature are ok.
