Great app! Really nice designed templates and I love the featured FAQ sections at the top of the page. Highly recommend.

It is very easy to use and much more flexible than I expected. I contacted support to adjust the scrolling behavior, and he responded and gave a fix right away; such a wonderful support service.

I used this app to add product reviews into specific product pages. The team at Avocados Lab is really helpful and provides you with all resources you need to implement FAQs into the website. I've reached out to them and they immediately helped me add the FAQs into the page while I was in a rush to complete my product page. Minor point to work on is to make their customer support more visible in the app for customers to reach out to, could be through a live chat. They have great customer service would be a shame for customers not to benefit from it.

it helps bring a cleaner and easy-to-read layout for our FAQ page, and it isn't difficult to use. but will be great if we don't need to put the faq page under the 4 default categories.

I like it! It’s perfect for my use - mainly for the FAQ page and the additional questions on products - and I love all the customization options that you allow. The times I had to contact support were pleasant and it was lovely chatting with them

Super easy to use and customize. I really enjoy the look of it on our website. At one point I had a question about how to use one of its features, and the response time from support email was immediate. So awesome. What a great little app! Love it :)
