This app is really well done, customizable, clean, feature rich and easy to use! The developer is great and provides top tier support! They responded almost immediately, assisting me with customizing the app to fit my store!! I would highly recommend this app!

I'm new to Shopify and just beginning to learn what I can do with it, but I was very pleased to find this app for my FAQ. It has many options for styling so I could match my theme and it's very easy to plug in the questions and answers. When I wanted to tweak the layout, I reached out to the developer who responded immediately with the custom CSS code I needed. Very gracious, excellent customer support!

Installed this app yesterday and it fit our requirements, on a technical front, perfectly straight out of the box. We wanted to switch up some of the styling but weren't able to do this with the default settings and without any coding experience, we had to use the support button. Bhushan got back to us pretty much immediately and was able to implement a bit of custom CSS that sorted exactly what we needed. I highly recommend using this app, not just because it works really well, but because the support is top-notch.

I just started using this app for my store and I would say it is very easy to use. I did require some customisation to match the look to my store in terms of font style and size and teh customer service was super helpful in fixing that for me. Very quick in replying....

I've had time to use and try this app out for some time now. I use it for my own store, as well as when developing ones for others. It's very efficient and straight to the point. It's also very easy to understand, which is beyond beneficial in comparison to others that I've tried. I did have a question arise at one point and their customer relations team was beyond helpful and responded very quickly! This made the app itself 10x more valuable in my opinion. 10/10, would for sure recommend!

Easy FAQ delivers! My store desperately needed a FAQ section and this app delivers crisp clean easy to use FAQ templates that function great. I've only had my FAQ page up for a few days and it's already being used by customers. FAQ's increase customer trust, cut down on tech support time and increase website SEO if done right. I would highly suggest using Easy FAQ...by the way, their tech support is lightning fast. I asked multiple questions already and their tech responded within about 10 minutes! I've never received that level of tech support ever! I'm very impressed.

So glad we found this app! Now, when customers have questions, we have a huge database of easy-to-find answers ready and waiting. I'm sure it will ease our customer support burden, provide a pleasing customer experience and boost sales. From a single keyword, customers can find the answer, click on a link then head to checkout (much better than filling in a contact form and waiting for answer).

Well now I am a woman "of a certain age" and find everything about today's ecommerce a puzzlement. That being said, I cannot say enough about Avocados Lab's support and with the amazing and fast help I received from Bhushan. I love the simplicity of this app. Took all of 5 minutes to set up my FAQ page and I LOVE how the overall layout works. I'm still wrapping my head around Shopify but this app was super easy and support was great with answering a question I had, a response in a few hours despite the time difference from Australia to the US. 10/10 recommend!
