I had an issue with the review app on my website, I contacted Helpful and within couple of hours my issue was resolved. Yusuf was very helpful not only did he fix my issue he recommended another option for me. Highly recommend.

We've been with helpful crowd reviews app for 4 years now. The customer service is awesome! Yusuf helped us with the migration from WIX to Shopify and we were able to preserve all our reviews. He's always quick to respond and is very knowledgeable about their app. The app has all the features you could ask for and is super easy to use. We like their clean design and user-friendly layout. They added more features this year which includes a review slider on the homepage. We've continued with their basic plan and it has everything we need for way cheaper than other review apps. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere, go with Helpful Crowd!

After struggling to get help for a week from another app, I started looking and came across Helpful Product Reviews App and within minutes, I had live chat help from Yusuf, and am already collecting reviews. And it's a SUNDAY! I'll come back as we use this longer but so far, the fact that I got help installing the widget on Shopify so quickly, and already saw a very easy to use Dashboard, all I can say is I'm very impressed. We made the move from ECWID to Shopify and the support team (Yusuf) was extremely helpful with the process. I had a quick question about my reviews summary widget, it was not displaying any reviews upon clicking the link. Anna got back to me within the hour and informed me that for the reviews summary widget to work properly I needed to also add the reviews tab. When the link to read reviews is clicked in the reviews summary widget the screen automatically scrolls down to the reviews tab area. We have been using this app for couple years for our online shop on Ecwid platform, it's easy to use and helps to collect reviews from our customers without any special efforts.
