Reviews for Helpful Product Reviews App

Yusuf was great with helping us address our issue through shopify. As theme's etc. were updated, our reviews ended up not being able to be seen on our products. Yusuf explained why, and once given access, he was able to update the necessary code to allow for the reviews to be seen again. Great customer service.

Happy so far - Installed some other app before this one, but none of these actually worked in my shop. This one did and it works quite well!

Disappointed that product groups have been removed from the free option, I had been using this app for years but will be finding a replacement.

UPDATE: I know that for all business owners it is very important to have an updated review info for an APP that we use. So I would like to give my 5 stars update info on this APP because for more than a year I have never had any issues. Yusuf and Anna are always there to help me enable another feature that comes up. And my conversion rate has risen a lot due to customers leaving reviews and photos. So, do not hesitate to download and trust it. I use this app on three of my store www.maxifashion.bg www.maxifashion.gr and www.cocheti.ro and everything so far if absolutely stunning. I had a great support when needed and they even added Bulgarian language to my Bulgarian store. 5 stars to HelpfulCrowd are minimum of what they deserve.

After much searching we have settled on Helpful Product Reviews by HelpfulCrowd as our review engine on peachandpineapple.co.uk. The app looks good on the page and works well. There is a manual step where you have to embed some code yourself if you want to show the review for each product on the collection page, which had I put in the wrong place, but after contacting support Yusuf quickly resolved the issue and also added the correct widget to the product page for me as I had chosen the wrong one. So far, so brilliant. Thanks HelpfulCrowd. 5 stars!

We have tried several review apps to meet our specific needs, and THIS IS THE ONE. The support team has been incredible. They even edited our code to ensure the display was just how we wanted since we have a MOODRING theme. Highly recommend!

The single page for reviews is looking great and has better load times than competitors. I'd prefer a review tool that doesn't require the data to be loaded from external servers, but Shopify doesn't want this built in to its system. Even with the difficulties of having the data stored off Shopify's servers, it still looks beautiful (among the best of all review tools available) and the subscription options are best for my website's uses.

This app gave (and is still giving) me so much trouble. I spent an entire weekend working 16 hours a day putting my placeit models back onto my store because Shopify discovered it was a bug in this app removing them. Now, I have tried to remove it, and it is still holding on to some code and won't come off of my site. I have tried to contact the developer, and I have gotten no response. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP to your store.

Hi, I need help, but they not help me.. I pay all month $10 but my plan said free... Please give me a response.. I tolk with Helpfulcrowd, they help me today, but seid me I don´t have a subscription with those. They said me Shopify charge me the $10 in my invoice and they didnt know that.. Now, I will mail to Shopify to correct o refound the payments without app.. Finally, Helpful talk with me an they help me in all things. I recomend Helpful!
