Really awesome app. Just made a few sections, but love it so far. Having previous experience in customer service at world class level I already know that this is gonna impact our site in a supportive and trusting manner. You want this app. Your customers deserve it!

This app was working quite well but now my customers aren't able to get past the Captcha to contact us, which is negatively effecting their experience. I have contacted support twice with no response. Edit: Support got back to me after a second email and have claimed they have fixed the issue. I did a couple tests and it seems to work again. Updated to 5 stars.

Absolutely incredible app. I used this app to create an amazing frequently asked questions page for my joggers and sweatpants business. The FAQ page I created using this app can be found at https://joggers-for-men.com/apps/help-center.

Didn't work for me. Interface is awkward to navigate and the "contact" button just simply didn't work. URL is set to "www.yourdomain.com/apps-help-centre". Couldn't find a way to edit this, looks odd and unprofessional to have "apps" in your URL rather than "pages". The app needs access to your customers and customers data for no reason. There's no reason that the app needs it and I'm disappointed in Oberlo for using this tactic to steal our customer data. If you respect your customers and your own integrity, do not install this.

Great app, easy to install and looks professional.. so why the 1 star? Well, all was working great but my customers now cannot get past the reCAPTCHA form. I have contacted the developers who haven't replied. I will change this review to a well deserved 5 stars for the app once the issue is resolved. Sadly, my 1 star for customer services will still stand regardless.

Easy to instal, easy to use. Made it all easy to engage customers. Would be nice to include the standard FAQs that could be edited.

Very easy to use app. I found the structure slightly confusing since it includes three levels of organization. I only needed two, but that is not an option. There were also not many options for styling on the back end. I had to go in to the theme styles to manually make adjustments. Otherwise a solid and useful app.

It's easy to use, BUT I can't re-order anything? That's ridiculous. That should be a basic feature. I should be able to type in my FAQ on the fly, then go in and put the main sections in the correct order.

Very quick and effective way to outline your trustworthy FAQ page for your online store. Makes it very easy and outlines your questions in a great format.

The only FAQ app that fitted our page perfectly! Super easy to install and use and gave our store a good help section might our customers need it. App includes "search" option but we decided not to use it, which is great being able to switch it off!:) Great app and it's free. Happy with it!
