I first started my Shopify journey 2 years ago. Help Center was the perfect app as it was simple and easy to use. As my store grew, my need for a more detailed Help section grew, and I moved away from the App. Now I find myself re-installing it to implement in my store - it's simplicity and easy of use is perfect for my customers. A little CSS magic from my web developer in the backend and this App is perfect for what I need. :-)

The app does what the name states: it builds an attractive FAQ page. One that is very user friendly. I easily figured out how to add images to the FAQ articles. When I needed assistance with adding links t the Articles, Marius at EosCity Support did a great job of teaching me how to manage the links. So far A+

Great FAQ app. Simple, clean and FREE! I only wish they'd allow a way to use the FAQ shortcode within tabs on product pages to create product-based FAQs.

This is the BEST Help Center App. Not only does it look amazing on my website, but it also has a contact form that you can add in it too! So thankful for this!

As much as we love this app, it would be beneficial if you could move the sections around. In order to do this, you would have to delete everything and start over. We have sent requests for this feature with no hope. Also when our answers in our help center were not working in this app, the support team did not answer our emails for the course of days, so our customers had no access to to our help center. The issue was miraculously fixed with no communication. Hoping 2018 will bring more updates to this app. Overall its great but the support needs to be consistent for Shopify Plus users.

Easy to use FAQ builder. Wish we could edit the theme template a bit more with coding.

Really great app! Shopify UI gave us some odd trouble making the Page live but support guys at eoscity developers responded right away. Hoping to make the default render on smartphones "unexpanded" rather than "expanded" such that only the Sections are shown before a visitor clicks to expand and see articles. Easier to search by scrolling then.

The only downside is that the section rows cannot be moved up or down. Would really benefit from that. Also, would be great if font size and style could be changed. Otherwise, works well!

Great free app, easy setup and improves the quality of our site!

It is a nice form to have on your website. However, the Contact Form does not work and even after contacting the developers and getting a reply that "it is a problem that is on our end", still nothing is done about the contact form not working. The lack of fixing the problems with the App is unacceptable. Shopify should not allow Apps on their website that do not work correctly. Other then the contact form not working correctly, everything else seems to work nicely.
