I recently purchased something that had shipping protection and honestly, it’s the best move an e-commerce business can make. Guide is the best company to go with. Everything is automatically uploaded for you and even if you have questions, you don’t have to wait 2-3 business days to get a response, they are right on the money! Very awesome app

This is a great app especially for small businesses. Easy to install and best of all it provides security for both the business and the customer. I see it being extremely helpful during peak shopping times such as holidays, etc. I definitely would recommend this app to any business.

So many of our customers include this in their orders! It has taken so much weight off our shoulders when it comes to dealing with upset customers over their lost/damaged in shipping packages! Truly does help out! Only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 is because their only reimbursement method is PayPal. If you don't have that it's very limited in how they can reimburse you for the gift cards they issue.

I recently needed to utilize GUIDE after having it enabled since I opened my website. I am quite impressed with the service. I was hesitant it was too good to be true. Not only did they get back to my customer within 48 hours, the reimbursement was issue immediately. The representative was also pleasant. Overall, I'm happy to offer it. My customers utilize it almost every order.

Very easy to install! I love having this option, it protects me and the customer. This is great especially for the holidays. if anything gets lost, I know my customers have the option of having their items replaced at no extra cost on both ends.

Very easy to install I added a claim page to make it easy for buyers to put in a claim as needed . So far so good had a buyer put in a claim recently I ask them to report any bad experience. They reported they were delighted with the experience and results. Worth a try. Sam Diy Part Center Inc

This app is great once you can get it installed. I had troubles but they added it for me awesome plus in my book. It protects me and my customers from the postal service losing packages or damaging them! Also it’s not much more to the total to get it and have that piece of mind as a customer.

I found this app as I was looking for more protection for not only my store, but to give my customers protection and peace of mind. As we all may have noticed lately, shipping has been so crazy over the last few months and more importantly, very slow! This app has saved me from that problem a few times. I have even told my friends that have shops about the app and it has helped them as well. customer service is great. the app is very easy to use and navigate.

I use this app to add some extra protection with shipping. I haven’t had any issues with it and my customers always add it to their orders. The only thing I don’t like is some of the design placement on my site. I’m not the greatest with design so I’m not sure how to change things around. Overall a great app.
