Excellent app and great customer service. App syncs all the settings with GMC which is critical for our shop.

I have just installed the app so I'm still quite new to it. However I am very impressed at how easy it is to use, it includes detailed explanations whereever necessary. I was in need of some clarifications, Neha was very kind, helpful and very professional in providing all the necessary assistance. I hope all continues well but, for now, I highly recommend NABU!

On day 1 of working with the Nabu App, customer service reached out almost immediately to assist with account issues. The meeting was set up in about 10 minutes and both Priya Singh and Ashwitha A quickly ran me through the faults and steps to a resolution that they will take. Clear, quick and friendly communication. Great first impressions.

fiperformance.com has over 150k products and most were throttled or killed by google for missing shipping and GTIN #'s which were all there but the google app sucks because it doesn't put the data in the right places. I don't have the time to mess with the feed with supplements and attribute control so I tried out this app and I wished I had found it sooner. Very straight forward and the Nabu team was given access to my GMC and shopify and did their thing flawlessly. I have a lot less work on my plate and now need to fix things like missing images, overlays, policy violations because google thinks some car parts are weapons. I also did screenshare with Sampy and she went over all the features of the app and made sure it was performing as it should. The cost of the app for my low volume / high average order (over $1000) store is totally worth it and if it generates 1 sales a month it pays for itself and a lot more. We tried many apps for our Google Shopping Feed either they are too complex or very expensive. After we installed this AdNabu's shopping feed app, we got excellent service from Priya to setup our GMC also she provided a lot of info which helps us to fix issues ourselves. Working with the Team for 4 weeks now and the service is just awesome! They are so friendly and helpful with everything AND the app is working as well!

In den Shopify-Produktdaten vorhandene Grundpreise werden nicht unterstützt. Daher können z.B. Lebenmittel nicht mit dem Produktfeed zu google eingereicht werden oder jedes Produkt muss aufwändig nachbearbeitet werden. Von einer in Deutschland entwickelten App hätte ich zudem ein besonderes Augenmerk auf das deutsche Wettbewerbsrecht und auch eine Kommunikation auf Deutsch erwartet.

Excellent service, fast, when they promise to get back to you, they actually do. My problems were fixed and the whole app feels like a mature product.

Great app and good experience. Quick to help with an issue even though it ended up not being related to this app. Slick easy to use and a good app. A powerful app i've yet to fully utilize.
