I love this app. All the features in the free app are perfect for a small indie brand like me. I am proud to offer Glow loyalty program to my customers. Many of the free features you have with Glow you normally have to pay for with other apps, and they often want you to make a big financial jump to gain access to them. These type of apps dont' feel as if they are designed for small businesses that are growing slowly and steadily. Glow has obvisouly recognised this gap and got it right. I am not a techie person, but I found it easy to use and navigate. I love the fact that I can offer VIP features and that I can manually add points to customer's acounts - an important feature as I also have return customers visit me at Gift Fairs. The refer a friend reward options are fantastic too. All round happy, so program is up and running on my website now :)

Tried a bunch of different apps for a rewards program and quickly fell in love with this Glow. App is clean, easy to use, very easy to setup and figure out, in addition friendly and prompt customer service. Can't go wrong

Recently installed the app. It looks great, very professional, and feedback from our customer base is that they are impressed! The support has been super fast and friendly so far and there are plenty of features I didn't know about before I installed it. The interface is clear and it's easy to use. Pricing is great compared to competitors. Excellent experience so far.

Easy to install and customize. Their support is friendly and incredibly fast. One of the only affordable apps where you can reward with products (it’s the only way in Germany for booksellers to run bonus program so). Hope they will solve the problems with automatic members (same here) and the translation difficulties, but I’m very confident about it ;)

I have vetted several loyalty apps for Shopify and have nothing but good things to say about Glow after using them for a couple of months. They are the least expensive of all the apps I have investigated and offer the most features for the price point. They have a free plan, and it's only $9/month for up to 500 customers. Other apps in this category charge hundreds per month for similar features. Glow is simple, and they make it easy to award points to your customers and set up rewards. Customers can use their widget to exchange their points for discounts or products from your store. They do award guest accounts with points by default, but you can disable that option if you'd like or set points to expire, so they don't count against your limit. It's easy to control your numbers if you are working on a budget, however, we use guest points to our advantage and incentivize guests to register and claim their points. A+ to the team as well, they are very accommodating and always responsive when we reach out.

I tried about 4 other apps and deleted all of them, happily keeping Glow. I don’t have many Shopify customers yet, so I love that there’s a free plan that fits my current needs and still lets me customize things to my liking. I also truly appreciate that the next tier up isn’t ridiculously expensive (like some apps), and I hope my customer base gets big enough soon so I can upgrade and explore the full features. Regardless, I’ve had it about a week and couldn’t be happier. THANK YOU GUYS!

I LOVE THIS APP!! This is the BEST rewards app on Shopify hands down. You can customize so much stuff and the customer service was amazing. GREAT APP!!

I needed a nice referral program/rewards app, and this one works great. Not to mention it's PRETTY! I love it. Customer service was also a huge help, going above and beyond to help me customize the widgets.

Been looking for an app for loyalty rewards points. Tried a few and this was the easiest to use and does everything we want it to. Right now we are using the free version but if things continue to work properly as they are, we defiantly will upgrade. So far so good!!

This app is AWESOME! Ryan and his team went above and beyond to make this fit right into our Sparkle Rewards! Price is fantastic, service is top notch and we couldn't be happier. STOP looking for another loyalty/rewards app....this is the ONE!

Holy cow! I've tried all the other apps and, let me tell you, they are pricey! Glow lets me do everything I want to and more and I don't have to pay hundreds of dollars a month! The app is super clean and user friendly and, when I've needed them, support has been helpful and quick to respond. I really wish more apps on Shopify were this easy to use and setup. Our industry is all about brand loyalty so its really great to be able to count on an app like this to keep our customers coming back to us time and time again! If you're on the fence, they have a free plan you can try out for as long as you need. Just do it, you'll thank me later.

Finally a loyalty app with affordable pricing for a small one-person ecommerce, as I am. And, with an awesome support team, with plenty features (including emails), easy set-up, great UI and non only english usage. There are some things which could be improved (like more integrations, email templates and ways to earn points) but I know it's the beggining of this app. Fingers crossed for the future developping of Glow Loyalty app which I love!

Google see's this app as malware and will shut down your marketing campaigns with no warning over night if you use this app! Be warned! It will kill your sales instantly via google switching your marketing off! We are having to go through great lengths to get this rectified and losing thousands in revenue in the interim! Not happy This has now been resolved - but it did cause a big problem!

I have been looking for a simple to use loyalty app to use online and at my two shops. After extensive testing and playing I am happy to say the glow loyalty app works a treat. What was more impressive was Ryan and the Support team - I had a few suggestions on improving their new VIP tier feature - especially the ability to manually adjust a persons tier from the console. As the VIP was a new feature they took on board all of my suggestions and comments and they were available to test the next day - and I have to say works very well. The flexibility with the app is great for the price. Other apps you had to be on their TOP plan to get VIP or Tier features and they cost $$$$. Glow gives you all the features to control the loyalty even on the basic plan, helping you grow the program from day one. The widgets and interface is uncomplicated and clean - which makes it easy to use and get you up and running fast. Thanks Glow!

I downloaded this app to reward my customers for their continuous support and so far I’m loving it. It has all the features I need and I love how the dashboard is simple, clean, and corresponds well with my site. I experienced a few very minor issues and was able to get extensive support from their team. The app is affordable, easy to set up, and highly beneficial for generating more sales. Highly recommend this app if you are looking to incorporate some kind of rewards program into your store.

Currently Using the Free app and will scale as my member count increases. The free starting offer is ideal in size. Integration was painless, customization was a breeze and I've tested all the notifications, user account point assignments, redemption and thus far I haven't found a single issue. Therefore I cannot state how effective their support is. However, if their support is as organized, controlled and well managed as their app is then I foresee no issues for anyone who considers using Glow as a Rewards Program. Absolutely Love it to bits. Job well done and hope to see more improvements, offerings and growth from Glow for a long time to come.

This app is simple to use and amazing, especially for the price. The only thing I wish they had is a VIP program. But Brandon gave me suggestions on how to accomplish the same thing. Support has been amazing. Every question has been answered in a reasonable amount of time and resolved. Support even helped me with some coding since I am not a techie. I highly recommend this app and happy that I selected it thus far.

I was hesitant to try an app that is relatively new in terms of number of reviews, but I'm so glad I did because everything thus far since install has been exactly what I was hoping for. I love this app! I tried out a few other loyalty programs and this is by far the best. Pricing is great and it was very easy to install and customize to match my company's theme. The directions were cut and dry; very easy to understand. Also, the process of importing my current customers was seamless. I emailed my CSV and it was done in less than 24 hours. I've already seen positive results and I know it will get better from here! Customer service has great communication as well. They respond and resolve quickly! Great job Glow Team!!

We found this app right for our needs. Not only is it easily customizable, they have fantastic support.

Amazing app, it is super easy to setup (I completed mine within minutes) You can change your rewards naming to fit your branding as well as color customization to match your theme (there are a lot of features that are built in this app) Support are amazing, very quick reply and super friendly. Backing up your data is also very simple I definitely recommend this app highly for those looking to get a membership rewards program.
