The app is nice. But I have had to many people complain that when they redeem it they have to wait for an email. Then when they go to use it and if the website closes out when they put their code in they can no longer use the code. So they lose all of their points. This has made me make the decision I can't keep paying $50 a month for something with these kind of flaws.

The free app is nice. I like how easy it was to set up. I do not like that the points for whatever reason won't automatically add after the purchase. Not sure why but I had to add the points myself. Hopefully it can be fixed soon.

It is a great fit for my clothing website. I love seeing the new members and emails templates are great.

Glow has been amazing so far! It looks great on my website and it was really easy to get my previous customers added into the system. I've heard great feedback from my customers so far as well! I recommend it 100%!

We spent a lot of time looking for the right loyalty app, and launched one other one and then deactivated it. Glow had the flexibility we wanted in the Rewards based on $ spent, making our program really simple for customers. There are a few things you need to do manually (like upload customers from another app) but the team was super helpful and responsive and had it done within hours. I highly recommend!

This is a GREAT app for rewarding your customers for loyalty and referrals! I have used Smile before and I am glad I decided to give this app a try... what a difference in functions and customization. I've implemented the free version into my shop and it's working a treat - I hope that I will come to love it so much that it will be a paid for feature and part of my every day business. This app really does what it promises with no hazzle and trouble. It is straight forward and best of all customizable and translatable. Support is useful.

I've tried all the top rated and popular rewards apps on Shopify and this is by far the best one. Easy to set up and customize, beautiful layout, no ridiculous or hidden fees, what's not to love?

So price is ok but they don't integrate with Langify, thats a must have for us. Also the email reminders they send have their emails in it so that doesnt look good or professional at all.

This app is so easy to use and set up. My customers love it! The customer service dept is very helpful and fast responding. Highly recommend.

The app is perfect for a micro start up like ours. I liked that the pricing was fair and I was not really losing out on features using the free plan. Once my customer base grows, I will be able to seamlessly jump to the next tier plan at a reasonable price. Easy to set up, allows for me to use my own colours and logos. The customer service was also excellent when I was first comparing different options!

Glow has proven to be the solution for translating our rather complex loyalty program from Square POS to Shopify POS. The flexibility of how points are earned (collection based, rule based of by dollars spent) allows us to integrate our online and in store loyalty rewards, along with tracking a customer credit program that is unique to our industry. The support staff is responsive and extremely helpful. Since it's a relatively new software, things change and develop pretty rapidly with Glow. I have been mostly impressed with how they have dealt with nuances and issues that have come up so far.

I really love this app! It looks great and professional and my customers love this. Also the team is so helpful and kind. They always answer to all my questions and help me in figuring out the best solution for my website. A great experience for me and my staff.

Very happy with how it works, it was easy to set up and I could translate every last little message into Spanish.
