Works perfectly for our fairly complex needs. The support is outstanding, prompt and in depth explanations were given on a positioning issue we had.

The app is super slow and is constantly freezing when i try to update a dataset. in addition it made the actual product listing incredibly slow which caused frustration with my customers

I like this app because it let's me add more variants and has a lot of neat features! I've had a few issues with the functionality but customer service has been great!

Horrible experience! Their poorly programmed app made me lose money during the whole month I had it. My customers couldn't upload images and didn't realize this after a month. Can't understand how these apps are even allowed in Shopify, I thought they tested before allowing apps in their marketplace.

The app works wonderfully! Front end looks fantastic too for a great customer experience. Backend UI is also very user-friendly. Products are easy to set up and configure. Lastly, their support has been very timely and professional. Highly recommend this app

You much installed this app in your store. This will solve so many problems and give your customer a wide choice. You can configure a different and unique option for each product, As required. Lastly, their customer support is actually very helpful as well as a big-time lifesaver. There is just one line for them, go for it.

I've contacted customer support 3 times now with no response. The app was easy to configure but when my customer clicks "add to cart" the price disappears. ... I'd love to get a response from customer support to get this resolved. Especially since this is a paid app...

This app does a lot of functionality however it has removed the discount code option from the cart causing lots of issues. Also does not show indidual options on pdf invoice (just puts 'Options' and price) and you cannot select options when doing a manual order from admin. Other than that, the options side itself is easy and super functional.

I used this app to help up sell my products. It was an easy process adding to my site....but when i launched my website with a discount code. The discount was not able to perform at all with the extra variants added to the cart. The support responded fast but the error wont be fixed for 2 Weeks which leaves me to figure out a plan b and have to sadly leave this app alone for small issue.

Good experience so far. Support very helpful in working out some errors/bugs that we were receiving after initial setup.

I spent several days looking for an app to meet my requests for our customized products. This free app is the best one of all apps I tried (included all paid apps). It's easy to install and setup. But it has a little compatible problem with our theme. After I contacted customer service of this app, the problem was solved in several hours. Great job.

Love the design and outlook. But does not always add the plan to the cart, as stated. I lost a $1000 client since it let her sign up for free. With big ticket items, I would not risk it again.
