Excellent app! It's functionality is very clever, it's easy to use for non-developers, and their live support is quick, lovely, and very very helpful. Their app allows us to provide a simple shopping experience for our customers, yet what is working behind the scenes is very clever. I love the conditional logic too! Globo Product Options have helped me each time I've reached out. The most recent time I reached out to them, their developers listened to my request and custom built more functionality to the conditional logic tool! I am amazed at this level of service, and so grateful. I wouldn't be able to have any of this functionality on my site without the team from Globo Product Options. Perfect, Rosie help me a lot, great app ever!

I was having a lot of issues with this app when I first got it. I couldn't figure out why the new variants I created in the app weren't reflecting on the product I selected. It took some time, but eventually I was able to get someone, Rosie, from Globo to do a live chat with me. It was late at night because they are working from Vietnam, but I was just happy to finally have some help. Rosie walked me through everything and helped me get it setup and even helped me make modifications to my variants to make then easier for my customers to see.

Support was easy to work with

I went on the chat because the app wasn't populating on the live website. The team were more than helpful, even help to add some tweaks to my variants for me and answered any questions that I had. Couldn't be more please with this outstanding customer service! 5 stars! Rosie was who I worked with and she was excellent!

Been looking for an app to add product variants to my shop without have to add inventory for each variant. Found Globo product and so far it has been working great! I wanted it to fit my theme so I reached out to customer service by email and Helen responded very quickly and was able to fix the boxes to match my theme perfectly! Helen has been amazing!

Great technical support. They were able to easily action the customisation requests I had, in a friendly manner.
