Amazing support!

Awesome App! This app is so helpful for me that wanted to create forms to sale restricted items on an online shop. I could not realize how to use some options, but Helen in Chat helped me a lot.

My assistant was Helen, and she was very helpful and efficient in fixing the issue that I had with my store.

So far so good. I have a few inquiries and have needed some help with a few questions. Helen was super fast with answers and help. We are still getting used to the product but we like it so far.

I would like to have had more control over the widget as someone who is on a free plan; yet the fact that you can reach out to one of their team to change the basic look of the widget is great. I had Helen help me tody, and she was so quick and efficiently edited the widget for me while staying in contact with me via email. She was lovely and I appreciate the help!

It's a great app for adding multiple variants to a single product. We've been using the free version for over a year and just recently upgraded to get more features unlocked. Customer service is also great!

Globo is very responsive and helpful! I was having an issue with add-on products, specifically a message stating items were no longer available and they explained the cause for the error. So far, my experience with the app and customer service has been great!

Been using it just a few days.. The user interface is nice, pretty simple to get it going. Opt for the paid plan.. It's not that much and offers so much more! Their support team seems to be on the ball, too. Any questions or issues I have had are resolved within 24 hours (usually much less.. like 4 hours for complex things). Helen has helped me out!! Definitely recommend.

Helen was helpful Very Sad, it"s the worse customer service i had experimented in shopify. I get the paid version, the more expensive, it took me hours to set it up, but it's not working properly, for 3 days the customer service continue to tell me to wait to check, when i chat with them they say " i m looking for wait " and i stay up til 2 am but at one moment they disconnect and dont do anything, neither they send me an email. They really dont pay attention to their customers, if its beginning like this, i cant imagine on the future, i will go with infinite options app i think ... sosad
