Great app and support team are always quick and useful whenever we have a query or issue. We've used the app to create prescription glasses options

App had a glitch and was allowing customer to checkout without making a selection on a required field. Couldn't discover how it was happening and then discovered that sometimes the selection was not loading at random time in browser. Upon showing this to tech support they quickly fixed the issue. Initially they were had out of office response for celebrating a long new years holiday, but as it turned out they were very responsive to email questions and quickly fixed the problem. Very happy with their customer support.

Perfect for what we need. Our product can be very specific and having the options for variants and extra info is a must. globo team is very attentive and provide a great support. They go out of their ways to check possibilities and response is very fast.

Perfect for adding product options! I needed a datepicker and textfield, which was easy to add. Only downside is the static "Powered by Globo Product Options" text below the custom fields that can't be removed.

We have just downloaded this app to our new Balloon gift feature so our customers can add text for their greetings. We can see this app has so much more to offer so we are quite confident this will be at great help for us and as we already know the Globo team from another app we use.. there was no hesitations for trying this out and it is also free which is great for smaller business. I can not describe how much I love this app and the team working behind it! The free features are wonderful and the customer service is beyond amazing. They help with every question and issue and I always get a very polite answer super fast. This is certainly the best product options app I have tried!

A great, versatile and very useful application to obtain variants and different options in your products, with a simple section to create your forms.

The app occasionally fails to display. Product attributes are unstable and cannot be displayed occasionally.

I fully recommend the application, after trying many others, this one has been especially easy and simple to manage, and it contains all the options I need for my different products.
