I sent a note asking for help on why the app wasn’t working all of a sudden on our POS system + Helen responded in less than 24 hours and had it fixed within a few days. Helen was so helpful + sweet when helping understand + fix our problem. The app is wonderful, it does everything we need + more! It has a ton of great options + is very user friendly to use. Functionally + customer service of this app are superb. Highly recommend downloading this app.

Globo Product Options meets our very demanding requirements for option sets. We've sold events, camps, and more and Globo has been able to handle it all. Plus, their customer support cannot be beat. 24 hour response and solution implementation in most cases.

I sent off a note asking if it was possible to change the widget background to transpartent, and also asking how much it would cost to remove the watermark. Since the app is free, I assumed there was a paid option that was watermark-free. Within 24 hours, Helen had set my background to transparent, and removed the watermark, with no question of payment. Really impressed! I love all the options I can add to my listings with this app, it's truly excellent.

Absolutely one of the great app in shopify. Customer care is responsive and professional. Also, the app is super easy to use and solve my problem by having product options as some sort of quiz builder with my subscription app. Well done team!

I absolutely love this app. I was using infinite options before but so many things in that app was lacking so I decided to try this one and immediately deleted the I.O. app. Customer service is A1 as well. Took care of everything I needed on both of my stores. I’m really big on functionality and excellent customer service and the staff behind both this app and the other globo app I use definitely checks those boxes.

This product is excellent! And the support is first rate as well. I built a reasonably complex set of options for a product, and it worked and integrated perfectly. I had a small request to adjust the padding (or space) below a little graphic, and they did the work right away. I can't rate this product (and support) highly enough.

Absolutely the way to go if you want make variants customization or add product extra charges on you store. Intergradations with many apps and the support team is fully dedicated to make their app work in your site just the way you want it. Defiantly recommend.
