Easy to get started and customize products with a whole range of added functionality and it easily fits in with our theme. Great after sales support with quick response! On request the watermark was removed and they are fast with response. 5 Stars and a must for any Shopify store with a need for customizable products. Thank you Globo.

This app is just lovely and full of great options and customizing. I’ve been playing with it for a while before I open my new shop and I just can’t say how amazing it’s! But even more amazing is the support! I had MANY requests and the team has always helped me with everything, fast and very very kindly! Can’t say enough! Great and easily customisable to match your theme. Easy and quick to remove "Powered by Globo Options App" from the options selector - literally done in 12mins from sending them a message!

This is a great app. Shopify did not have the options I needed for variants, so this app was a life saver. Easy to use and has a lot of functionality. I had one issue and the support staff helped fix my issue very quickly. I would recommend this to everyone!

This app has helped me so much in setting up my shop. I reached out to them for some help removing the app's watermark on my product pages for a cleaner look and they took care of it right away. So happy with their service all around!

Customer service is AWESOME! You allow them to be a collaborator on your website and they go in to try to fix the issue. First issue for me, they recorded a video of them on my site to teach me how to do something. On my 2nd issue, since it was over a holiday weekend, they just went in and fixed my issue without a video since the coding team was out. =)

Installed the extension to allow me to capture personalisation details for the customisable products, and it works a treat, even auto picking up when it needs to be used when using key terms in your listings. Like the last reviewer, I too had a problem with the personalisation details not coming through but support were straight on to it and fixed it very quickly, which is the sort of service you need!! Otherwise, been very smooth using this app for 1+ years now so would highly recommend, especially as it’s free!

There's many options of what you can do with this app. We use it for gathering personalised info from customers as well as checkboxes. The tech support has been responsive and fixed any small issues very promptly.

Required name field is not working since January... Even if you set the field as mandatory, the customer can enter the checkout without filling in the personalized names...
