I haven't had it long, but so far so great! I put in a request to make some changes to the style to better match the theme of my site. I wasn't sure how to request what I wanted so I fumbled out a couple of weird emails that made me look a bit nuts, I'm sure. No problem! Helen was amazing and got it done, and I really like how it looks. She even went another step to ensure the watermark was removed to make the site look more professional. And it was done within a couple hours. I was expecting to wait until at least the day or even post-launch. Really really happy with this app and service so far. THANKS HELEN!

App works well and the support is good. Also, like that it integrates with globo's quote builder app, which we needed for our store.

Very quick to resolve my issue, I asked to have the powered by globo' tag removed from my website, a few hours later it was resolved!

Can't get past step 2, requested assistance twice, and eventually got sent an email with a link to their FAQs. Moving on.

This app has worked perfectly for my shop, they even did some coding on my order printer app so that the customizations show up on our packing slips for fulfillment purposes - amazing customer service!

Seemless App, good support! Properly solves our issue to collect details to make the order personalised

We use this for add on upgrades like signature so it doesn't affect the inventory. Once I figured it out it works, however, I don't like that to add the upgrade fee I have to set up an actual item. This clutters up the invoice and the item pull list. Because it has to be listed as shippable or it ends up on it's own leaving the order open, it also shows up on the customs forms for our interntional orders so we are manually deleting it. If they could fix this so you can just add to the price I would give them 5 stars. For us, the feature is just annoying enough that I'm searching for an alternative app.

This app works great to add customization to a listing. I just needed a simple checkbox. It displayed in a weird place, but they fixed it for me within 24 hours.

Wouldn't log me in from the beginning. I couldn't even get to the point of adding the variants to my products.....

great app and great customer service! the guys helped us greatly in aligning the app to our theme and needs.

Does exactly what we were looking for! I had a minor problem that needed to be fixed and the support helped me instantly.

Tried my fair share of product options apps and this one is a clear winner. In my opinion, it wins on 3 fronts: 1) Usability - most other product options apps are a pain to use. Globo's user experience is about as hassle free as it gets. 2) Price - it beats out its competitors. 3) Customer Service - the customer service turnaround time was phenomenal. They were able to tailor their solution to my theme and everything turned out great.

The free version of the app is quite good, and I'm very impressed with the customer support at Globo so far. I've reached out to them twice. Each time I got a prompt response, clear communication, and a workable solution.
