Easy to set-up. Provided all of the options I needed. Submitted a question @ 9pm on a Saturday night and Helen responded within 15 minutes. She not only answered my question but changed one setting that accomplished what I needed. I was impressed!!

This product adds excellent features for Shopify including drop down boxes and more to add lots of custom and useful functionality to the website. Just downloaded it and so far I am happy with it. Support was great, although I would have liked some updates about what they were doing. It took 25 mins, I was nervous handing control of my site to someone else. But they did what I needed help with. Thank you!

The app needs some little adjustments: - look of the variants could be better. - when Adding variants, on the invoices/orders there are a lot of variants. Not really clear Customer service is good they helped me with the issues i got.

I love this app and the support is so so so good. It was so smooth and easy to setup. I have tried many apps but non of them is complete as this app. You will not regret it!!

I use globo Options in several of my websites and for me it is the best app for customized products after having tried several even more expensive ones. I had never had any problem, but in the last website something was not working well, I reported it and in a few minutes a girl (ROSIE) attended me super fast and solved my problem in a few moments. APP 10/10 Customer service 11/10! ---- Uso globo Options en varias de mis webs y para mi es la mejor app para productos personalizados después de haber probado varias incluso de mayor coste. Nunca había tenido ningún problema, pero en el último website algo no funcionaba bien, lo comuniqué y en unos minutos una chica (ROSIE) me atendió súper rápido y solucionó mi problema en unos instantes. APP 10/10 Atención al cliente 11/10 !!
