Amazing app and even better support! I had a store-wide issue I initially thought was caused by GLO Swatches, but after contacting support, Sara went out of her way to investigate and follow up. She was kind, responsive, and professional throughout the process. It turned out the problem wasn’t with the app at all, but Sara’s help gave me clarity and saved me hours of stress. The app broke the page's code. Even after uninstalling it, the residual code keeps causing errors, and there's no support chat available.

We use the app for Color Swatches and Quantity Breaks – both work great. We initially had an issue with the quantity selector for Quantity Breaks, but the support team (especially Sara and Andrew) was incredibly friendly, helpful, and resolved the problem quickly. Excellent customer service!
