The software, after a short learning curve, is remarkably user-friendly and enables a multitude of functions. I greatly appreciate the fact that I don't have to struggle with complex processes, as the software is intuitive and efficient to use. Once I familiarized myself with it, I was able to dive right in and be productive. I must also mention the highly helpful YouTube tutorials and the support section on the website. Great page builder, and has a quick learning curve. But the best thing about it is the customer support, they are super helpful.

This app is amazing. I come from Shogun and that was a good app and good people. But this app allows me to be FAR more creative. You need to find what is right for you and this app just works for me. It is MUCH easier to share pages or templates across websites than Shogun was in my experience. For sure a great software and most important the quick assistance in chat is the best ever.

I love this page builder app SO MUCH! It's so easy to use compared to others, and the customer service is great to work with and understands me perfectly even when it's hard to explain what I need help with LOL. I really like GemPages A LOT. I started out not knowing anything about how to set up a print-on-demand website, to gaining knowledge and being comfortable working on my website. Even when I had some problems, I received help within an hour or two. On the other hand, using Shopify to design a website was a nightmare for me as it was just so clunky and hard to figure out. But with the very user friendly GemPages app and video instructions, I am very pleased with it.

Sarah has been so supportive. I cannot say about everyone there because 1 of 8 is solid. The time for them to respond for support varies. Sometime really quickly but other times it can take up to hours. The only reason why I pushed for Sarah to send me a link for review is because she nailed it all support, prompt response, and thorough trouble shoot. More Sarahs please

I really have a great experience with GEM pages. Most of the things I can do by myself. If it is to diffcult or I'm stuck i can always contact the supportteam for a fast response!
