I was tasked to complete a landing page with complicated designs. I couldn't achieve the same designs as what was sketched by my designer. Nevertheless, the support is amazing (especially Jane), she was superb and amazingly friendly and helpful. What an awesome synergy that the team has. No matter how many times i trouble and bother them, they're always there trying to understand the issue and help you with your designs (which alot of other page builders or designer don't even bother or charge you for that). With gempages, gosh, they're willing to help you (even when i'm on the free plan). Well done Team!! It's the best support I've ever received. Thanks Jane!! :)

10/10 Quick support like shopify, they always manage to solve my problem quickly. I am still on the free version, and the service is this good. I will be upgrading once my website begins to make money!

It is a lifesaver for someone who can build a decent Shopify website on her own without spending a lot for store development. Lot of possibilities to design on your own and customize things.

Positives - very easy to use, much more flexibility and design options than you have with Shopify's built in page builder. So the ultimate final product is much better and more attractive. Negative - stunning wait times for assistance, and the current V7 doesn't allow you to break up any information in the standard Shopify product description (as the app description says it does) so the Product Description module has zero flexibility, which is a BIG problem for templates, since I have a serious need for this kind of function.

Do NOT install this app! I uninstalled it because it constantly didn't work. The buggyness was impossible. I spent more time trying to fix issues than anything else, and now on top of everything, even though I have installed it, Gempages continue to bill me. Shopify won't do anything, as it is 'a developer issue' and my emails to this company just get ignored. If you install this app and then don't want it (which you won't because it doesn't work properly, you will be paying for it forever. Be warned.

The application, of course, but also the very courteous and helpful support makes the page safe and secure. The fast response time was also very helpful.

Absolutely love the support team, even without their help the builder is so great in using, creating a website takes only few hours with this builder, and it will be very unique at the end.

GemPages is FREAKING AMAZING! I have been using ShoGun to build my website and always thought it was top of the line until I discovered GemPages. The interface is beginner friendly and includes many different elements that are not found on competitors websites. These elements allow me to market my product way more effectively that if I were using a competitors website. Also, the customer support is FANTASTIC! After encountering a problem with my page not publishing, I contacted customer support and they were able to deploy a tech team to find the problem and devise a solution. Oh and I forgot to mention - ALL UNDER 24 HOURS! GemPages is the perfect website to help build my store and I will NEVER be going back to ShoGun or any other competitor.

The product can take a little getting used to, just like all things Shopify. But I love the support. They're always responsive and helpful. It definitely makes up for any issues I've experienced with the product. The other products I've tried had the same issues, but no support or support is not helpful. As a non-technical person, having someone I can ping is so so important. I really appreciate how quickly the support team responds and how they really do want to help you all the way through.

i had a slight issue with some images displaying on my store, i decided to hit the chat button down the bottom and try and ask for help, the support staff within minutes responded, had a look, they needed to dig deeper, then a short few minutes later they responded with a fixed version, i randomly said if you see any thing else on the page that they could see could need a touch up, thinking i would be told something generic like not our job, they had a look and came back to me with a couple of tweaks i missed and ideas to think about, 100% happy with gempages if this is the support offered

I remember wishing I could design websites when I was younger until I saw how complex coding was. This was until I stumbled upon gem pages. With this easy to learn editor I am now able to create any website I desire for myself or clients. Have been using for about a year now and I just ran into my first problem where I had to contact support. Pauline got the team on a solution for me that was estimated at 24 hours and within 1 hour they already had a solution for me with a simple code addition. For the $30 a month payment you can create websites that would cost over $10k to have built (I've designed multiple for clients at this price completely with Gempages). Love these guys, thanks again Pauline get this girl a raise!
