5⭐️ is not enough for this great app – it deserves 10! It does require a little bit to get used to all the elements but if you have a question, great customer support is just around the corner. Just an awesome product!

I fell in love with this app when redesigning our new site after migrating from Volusion. Of course there was a small hiccup I noticed with a design that affected our theme/add to cart. I contacted support at the end of the day on Friday... I wouldn't of been surprised that by Monday my issue would of been lost in the shuffle since I wasn't able to return their message about gaining access to our back-end. To my surprise they went out of their way to follow through on Monday and fixed the issue. Support like this sticks out to me. Not only is this a quality APP, but quality service.

The app is very useful and easy to use, but more importantly, the customer support is really helpful!

The app is wonderful for our small business. I'm not even a paid subscriber yet, but the I already get a FULL and FAST support to all the questions I have! Looking forward to working with you!

I really recommend this pages builder. It's more friendly than other apps. You can integrate every app with their integration elements, if you don't find it, you can do it easily by just adding so piece of code. Plus, the support service is really awesome, they've helped me even with things that aren't related to gempages... Simply the perfect app

The app does as it should - helps you build custom pages however, my biggest gripe is their customer support. We pay for their advanced plan and with that, comes VIP Support but so far, the support doesn't seem any different than what we were receiving on starter plans. In fact, since we are based out of North America, their support comes the following day given the timezones - which is fair. But, don't be fooled with VIP or, even priority support if this is important to you. So far, it's been more than 3 days with a page ready to go live, waiting for support to fix what seems to me, like a bug. Other than that - great platform.

I had a mind boggling error and could not figure out why my menu navigation bar would push my website off the screen, leaving the background white. I tried to figure it for hours, then thought I might as well try Gempages live chat. I honestly did not expect much at all... I spoke to James and he went out of his way to help, he inputted strings of CSS and fixed the issue. The craziest thing is, it only occurred on specific devices, so not only did he manually input CSS he and others tested it on many devices. This is no exaggeration, it was the BEST customer support I've ever had in my life. GemPages is great and backed by an even better team, I highly recommend it!

I could not ask for a more easier web store design tool. Gempages has actually everything that I need. It makes the hard stuff seem easy. Not to mention, their chat support has been quite helpful. It takes me hours to figure out stuff, then I decided to do the livechat. My issue got solved in minutes. Guys, you just need to have more info about how to use your app as it makes it faster for us to trouble shoot, then again, your livechat support is just simply amazing and your app is just the best so far!

Best support from any app. Period. This software could take over Clickfunnels if they create a post-purchase upsell option.

I really like Gempages. Plenty of useful customization options and seamlessly integrated with my theme. I needed to contact customer services recently and they were really helpful. All-in-all I would definitely recommend this app if you're looking for more flexible creativity than your out-of-the-box theme allows.
