My theme made the integration process more difficult than it should've been..but Lilit provided the best customer service ever! Not only by answering my questions but also by helping me set up the widget in a way that made sense for my theme. I'd honestly give 10 out of 5 stars if I could! Thank you, Lilit!!

Very good app and great customer service, I had an adjustment to make the app compatible for some of my apps and Susie resolved it kindly and quickly. I recommand it :-)

This app is fantastic, i had an issue with translating my checkout that was in English, all i had to do is to ask Lilit on the live chat, she very supportive and check things all the way until the issue was fixed and she finally managed to help have my checkout in French, English, Italian, German, and Spanish i am very happy with the app and the support chat !!!

Very very goooooooood app. I faced a bit of a problem, but one I couldn't solve. An employee named Borya solved it immediately. You can trust and write this app. Send a message! It will be solved very quickly. However, it is not handled when those people sleep ^^ I hope you choose the wrong time and not complain.

I really like this app, it's really helping me even that there are some big mistakes in translation - but nothing I can't change fast manually. They answered very fast on the chat support. (Thank you Ripa!)

I am very happy with this app It does everything I was looking for , it is very easy to install and I has some issues with the drop down location but Suzan was great at helping me and to fix it... great service and great app .....if you are looking for a tool that enables you to sell internationallly you´ve just found it !!... aldo I needed to add some more languages and Lilit was extremely helpful and nice to me.... such a great service !!!

When I first started with the Free version, I noticed that the machine translation was below average, but the PREMIUM VERSION....WOW- What a difference! There are GREAT modification possibilities and if there's a problem, the live chat / customer support members quickly fix my problems. TIGRAN, SUZAN, SERGEY and the WHOLE TEAM offer GREAT help. Translating is not easy, but these guys did their best to modify what ever you dislike in the default translation. Very easy to use, once you get it.

BUG: Using only the Espanol translator and numbers of a page-number-scroll are being translated incorrectly. i.e. 16 --> 16 Anos or 10 --> Dies Anos. Please advise. FIXED, thank for the quick help!!

This is an update of my first review. I can definitly affirm that the customer service is exactly what we are expecting when we are in business. Susie is the second developper who helped me. I asked few changes and she did all with patience and care. She managed perfectly how I wanted to be. My website look very serious with this app. A big thank to Susie and Lilit. Lilit was a very helpfull, kind, and reactive assistant . The app is amazing. I probably installed 10 different app in my shop before to find the good one. and for 8 dollars per month you get everything you need. I am so happy, my website in a few minute is ready with an excellent translation. And I have a lot of words. Recommended for people who needs something serious. Thank you for this app and the customer service!
