Couldn't recommend enough, I had a problem on my website, I had no idea how to solve it and Arshak helped me and solved the problem, and top that up, it had nothing to do with their app, GTranslate!!! Thanks a million!!!

This APP is great and functional and in particular I was impressed with their support (Susanna) for helping me. I highly recommend.

The support is great. Have been help by a number of people like Borya, Arshak and Ripa. Borya has even stayed outside his working ours to help with my issue. Really appreciate this kind of dedication, cannot stress that enough!

I wouldn't recommend this app for website translation solution We moved from WEGLOT to GTranslate for a more cost effective solution. The support at GTranslate haven't helped get either of our 2 sites over the line. Lots of Canonical issues & Href issues causing errors in search console. Their technical support just keep telling us to wait but were in no idea when this will be solved. Our traffic has dropped over 70% since moving from Weglot to GTranslate. Were hoping they will solve this other wise we will have to revert back to WEGLOT will take another few months to reindex. My opinion is to use WEGLOT until they get their app and support up to speed

The app is very simple and efficient, the Editor to edit the translation is very convenient and handy. My experience with the support, specifically Susanna, was very satisfying. Susanna is very efficient, all of her answers helped me fix the issues I was asking for instantly.

at first glance the tool looks good to me.. i cant say anything about SEO results up to now, but the support is awesome.. many thanks to Ripa for helping me even after your official working hours! :-)

Customer service is non-existent. They do not reply. App created duplicate pages, and we can't get rid of them even after deleting the app

All the credit goes to Ripa, she was able to answer our questions in an exemplary and very professional way! Fast and efficient, she allowed us to use GTranslate (which works very well) in a few hours!

First of all, I want to say that customer service is not great! I'm new in this business and she spoke to me harshly. Also, some sub-domain problems with shopify and i didn't like the experience. The interface is hard to manage.

Fantastic support. The app works great. Ripa did work above expectations and helped us remove Weglot and add and configure her app in the exact location where we wanted. I highly recommend this app.

This app is good. In the free version I can choose all the languages I want, customize the widget and it works really well. Easy to set up. Just if you can add customized text translation (manual) in the free app that would be great. Arshak support is great.

Creí que el símbolo de moneda en nuestra Tienda cambió por la app. Con mucha cordialidad y profesionalismo, Borya me explicó que no era un problema del GTranslate sino de la configuración de la mondeda de Shopify. Y sin tener la obligación, nos ayudó a ver el error y corregirlo. La app es excelente y el grupo humano de Soporte es espectacular! Los recomiendo ampliamente!
