I have to admit, I am one of those guys who always asks for reviews, but never leaves one when asked of me. However, the level of customer service and unbelievably quick response impressed me enough to do so. The awesome team aside, the app could not be more impresive. Easy to use, very straight forward, and wonderfully intuitive. I give the app 5 stars, plus another 5 for the team at Code Black Belt!

Best Service ever, i just install the app and i wanted to change positionning, and 2 min they 've done it.

I normally never rate apps but this one is amazing. Worked 90% of how I wanted it to right out of the box. Finished adjusting the placement and some functions within a few minutes. I had gone away to do something else for a while, and within an hour, without my asking, a Customer Service person on their end had also gone ahead and tweaked the whole app so all the colours and typography matched the rest of my website. Amazing.

I used this application on a test shop, I am pleasantly surprised by the customer service! Beautiful application and excellent after-sales service!

App works as advertised and is thoroughly customizable (texts, positioning, css and design). You can let the app show automated recommendations, or manually assign FBT items in case you need to (which I did).

Carlos was excellent at looking at my problem and fixing it. He made additional modifications to make the products look better too.

I love this app. It's very important in sale. I suprised, because after install and configure I got an email from support that they helps me to change font type, position etc. Shopify and Shopify Apps supports are great. I highly recommend this app.

We spent two whole weeks adding a number of cross sell apps on our store and none of them worked for us. We were about to give up when we stumbled on this app and decided to give it a try, and I am glad we did. It took me about an hour to set it up - because each of our products has their own cross sell options - the set up was super easy and I like that there was no coding involved. But what impressed me the most was that today I sent a request for a widget placement at 2:16pm and at 2:22 pm (In 6 mn) I received a reply that it had already been taken care of! That is what taking care of your customers look like. You guys are absolutely AMAZING and your app is TOP NOTCH! Thank you for your service.

Amazing! The fastest upgrade to my store to date. It's clean, professional, easy to use. Well, for most people it will be. For the rest of us there is extremely - I mean extremely - fast and detailed customer support. Faster than you've probably experienced in a while. My only confusion was that it can only pull from manually created collections. Which none of mine are. So I set up some global and manual configurations and that's been a fine compromise. It's incredible how much better the store product page looks. Plus it was SO EASY to set up Bundle Discounts. I love this app. It can upgrade your store in a mater of minutes. Then you'll have plenty of time to learn and grow, as 30 days free trial is awesome! Truly one of the best additions to my store! I LOVE these people.
