Firstly, the app is incredibly easy to use and integrated effortlessly. That's obviously massively important. But secondly - the customer service is absolutely better than anything I have experienced recently. Every single person helping has gone above and beyond and I am completely grateful for them all.

Since I just opened my store recently on Shopify, I was able to get this app for free! Not only is that one of the greatest points, it was integrated like a breeze! It looks great too! I was able to pick the location for the bundles, and even did a manual combination quite easily! I have only added it within the last 20 minutes it seems to be working really good! I love this app and their customer support is amazing! I needed a small adjustment to the widget placement done on my site and it was done within MINUTES! Very responsive company. I highly recommend!

If you want to turn on an app that will immediately give a quick boost to sales then this is for you. Super easy to set up and definitely has an effect on the AOV. As of today, it accounts for 11% of sales. However, if you want to actually dive into optimising everything based on data then you won't get much from this app. It only shows you the number of conversions and some other vague data that doesn't really help. Also, in order to see what products have been added using the app you have to click through every single order. There is no report you can download and no way of filtering orders that have been bought with the app. So testing is a very laborious process. EDIT I have been informed by the owner that a data export app can provide information on which products were bought with the app. It is a shame because it has so much potential to be amazing, but it stops at good. I will keep it for now because I am happy with the boost. But, when I start focussing on increasing AOV I will be looking for alternatives.

I've just installed the "Frequently Bought Together App" for my Shopify shop. It was VERY easy to set-up AND I've received an email from Juan Jose saying that he "tuned some configurations" to better match my shop's theme. Easy to use! I was able to set up in just a few minutes based on my preferences and also add a bundle discount and it automatically matched my theme. A few more features could kick it up a notch. Customer service replied right away. Great initial experience.

Thanks for getting back to me about the issue with archived products. There was some misunderstanding, but it is cleared up now. Overall a good app that I would recommend.

The app works as intended however the product support team accessed the app and "tuned" the settings and visuals without my knowledge or my approval. They've fixed it and explained me why it was done. I already had a custom css styles and that's why i didn't appreciate the changes. Everything's running fine and the support response time was great. Giving it 5* for that.

Really liking it so far. As my store is still new, there is not enough info on customer orders yet so I love it that I can manually create some initial bundles.
